Buen lugar para moverte por la ciudad de Alejandría
Pros:

Buena ubicación en pleno centro. Personal superamable, te informan de todas las atracciones, del precio de los taxis e incluso te facilitan cambio. Todos los dias reponen al menos una botella de agua por persona que se agradece. Tiene una excelente teraaza cons magníficas vistas del anfiteatro donde sirven el desayuno. r

Cons:

Se trata de un edificio de 10 plantas, la entrad al edificio te eha un poco para atrás. Una vez que subes a la planta todos está bastante bien.

No staff at 8am to prepare breakfast, breakfast ready at 8.20 but as the taxi was waiting, we had to leave without being served a coffee !
Very noisy, coming from street at the 11th floor. Οld windows frames with single thin glass that did not close properly

Hôtel bien situé. Chambre très grande, belle vue . Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

À notre arrivée le gérant voulait nous faire payer 2000 livres égyptiennes en plus, il se trompait dans la conversion dollars /LE, nous avons dû insister pour qu’il refasse les calculs. Le prix de la chambre est déjà très cher au départ!
Simple vitrage avec des grandes baies vitrées dans la chambre, donc très bruyant ( circulation et chiens qui aboient).2 nuits assez courtes.

I loved how friendly, helpful and welcoming the staff was. I was booked for 10 days and by the time I had to leave, it felt like I was leaving family behind.

Cons:

I didn't like that breakfast lacks options. If you are there for more than 3 days, having only two options for breakfast is not good. They should consider adding things like cereal, fruits, yogurt and muesli. This way, the breakfast can also feel like a healthier option is available when staying for a long period.

This charming old-fashioned hotel in the center of Alexandria is a bit dated but comfortable.
Pros:

Our room had two terraces overlooking an ancient Roman theater and was close to the center of the city, with many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was good and more than ample.

Cons:

The hotel has a bit of a dated feel, and the Wifi is weak to non existent.

Es gibt einige Kritikpunkte, die uns aber nicht so wichtig waren. Wir würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Abendessen war klasse !!! (2x im Hotel bei 3 Abenden gegessen, (es wird kein Alkohol (Bier, Wein) zum Essen ausgeschenkt)
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind im 10ten Stock mit toller Aussicht. Wir hatten die Suite mit Blick auf die Ausgrabungen.
Die Terrassenmöbel waren leider nicht geputzt. Zum hinsetzen mussten wir die Möbel erst mal grob reinigen.
Das Personal, die Lage des Hotels waren sehr gut. Der Transfer nach Kairo mit einem vermittelten Fahrer war preislich ok und war sehr gut.
Es gab keinen Zimmerservice bzw. man hat uns nicht gesagt, das man ihn extra ordern sollte.
Das Frühstück war für mich mittel, keine Auswahl. Entweder euröpäisch oder arabisch, jeden tag das gleiche :-(
Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Empfehlung.

Cons:

kein Zimmerservice bzw. kein Hinweis das man sich melden muß, die Terrassenmöbel waren nicht sauber, der Rollo im Schlafzimmer ging nicht, keine große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Und natürlich die Nachts übliche Lärmkulisse, wie eigentlich überall in den Städten.

Better than expected.
Pros:

The restaurant attached the hotel, Ceres, is fantastic. I liked everything I tried there. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were willing to help even in unusual circumstances. The location was excellent, close walking distance to downtown as well as the Moharam Bek neighborhood which I spent a lot of time exploring.

Cons:

The shower head was quite short, I'm only average height and my head was touching it, minor nit-pick.
At first I thought the hotel had bad internet, but as it turns out, the entire city has slow internet, so can't blame them for that, just a warning.
