Total desorganização no controle da piscina. Qualquer um poderia acessar a area vindo da rua, usar as cadeiras e piscina sem qualquer incomodo. Deixando os hospedes sem lugar para sentar, deitar e usar a piscina. Existe uma pulseira de controle que de nada serve.
Loved the pool and storages + dishwasher and laundry machine. Location was quiet.
Size of bathroom + floor was soaked whenever showered. No replacement of toilet paper. Restaurant food was awful. Drinks were delicious but expensive.

we had a balcony studio room it is defiantly worth it as i wouldn't like to see the smaller rooms as they where quite small. We loved having the view to the pool i would stay here again

Had a fantastic stay at a studio room in Locke de Santa Joana. The room was clean and well set up. The bed was comfortable, the waterfall shower was amazing after a hot day of sight seeing. The cleanliness overall was excellent and the staff were friendly and super helpful, even allowing me and my friend to check in early. Even though the world cup was on and being played on a projector by the pool, the noise was minimal due to sound dampening windows. Great location, just a short metro ride into the center. Couldn't ask for more!
Getting to the room was a bit of a mission with the confusing floor levels but maps were provided around the complex so got used to it eventually! :)
Beautiful hotel. Gorgeous modern rooms. Well equipped with kitchen and wardrobe space. the restaurant by the pool and pool bar was amazing.
We had room on the ground floor looking out to the main road and was disappointed with the lack of light that it allowed into the room as it appeared dark. However that did not effect the enjoyment of our stay,
Really lovely hotel, modern, clean and tidy. Brilliant facilities. The pool area is beautiful. Perfect for a little getaway or work trip like I did.
Staff were a little rude at times, bar area by the pool gets so busy and there is no system, you have to fight your way in for a drink, at one point I waited half and hour whilst they served all the men that walked up before me. Also the pool area gets really busy and there were lots of times we couldn't lay by the pool. Not sure how you can improve this but maybe people staying there could get priority.
J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le quartier est très agréable et je m’y suis sentie en sécurité tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui est un vrai plus pour une voyageuse seule. La piscine est également très agréable et parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Je recommande l’hôtel sans hésiter.
