Important information:

The property is located in transit area(before immigration), Incheon International Airport in Terminal1. Transit Only (International flight -> incheon airport -> International flight) in 24 hours. Need information of arrival and departure flight to make the reservation. Please check with the airline if luggage will be transferred to the final destination or not. Guests cannot stay in the hotel once they pass the immigration in order to claim their luggage. Please note that maximum 4 rooms are available for a reservation. For more than 4 rooms, the room could not be assigned unless you contact the hotel in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Hotel ok but process to get booked in was painful. Only suitable for people able to walk a distance.
Pros:

Breakfast was good & got discount as we were staying at the hotel.

Cons:

Took us 3 hours from exiting the plane until we got into our room. There was no signage. The directions given on booking.com were not accurate. Airport staff spoken little English & did not seem aware of a transit hotel. Very complicated way to check in. Hotel in 2 parts. Check in was at hotel in Terminal 2 then had wait some time to be escorted through security, 2 train rides & showing our passport numerous times to get to Terminal 1. Description given on booking said walk 200m. We walked at least 2 kilometres. Not impressed after a long flight.

Great for transition of 6 hours and over.
Pros:

Convenient and safe.

Cons:

The bed a little bit too hard. No toothpaste and toothbrush provided.
Going through the terminal 1 was far and need a hotel escort from transit hotel 2. A little bit inconvenient.

Clean and great location. Late check in and check out available, but be sure to check your terminal before booking
Pros:

I like that it was in the terminal so you didn’t have to leave. I also checked in late so it was nice that they accommodated me with a very late check out

Cons:

I originally booked terminal 1 not knowing I would not be able to access it because my flight was out of terminal 2. They should make this more known before trying to book it
