Great enjoyable stay but will probably get a bigger room next time
Pros:

Property is great, loved the facilities. Really like the fact that you can monitor the statuses of the private onsen and washing machines on the top floor. Cultured milk drink and popsicles are available after your onsen.

Cons:

The two double beds room we chose were too small for our family of 4.

Pros:

The hotel is right next to Furano station. There is a very nice onsen. The staff was super friendly. We asked for a knife to cut a melon we bought. They offer to cut it for us. We had a great time.

The bed is not that comfortable

So crowded in end August. Staff did the best they could.

Cons:

Got bad contact dermatitis from comforter. Room was too small and tight.
