Pros:

Convenient location and great onsen.

Cons:

Several ladies in the public bath were talking very loudly and socializing with no regard for others. This is supposed to be a quiet, relaxing ritual but it was awful having to listen to them the entire time. UGH! They clearly were Asian foreigners who did not get clear instructions. Staff should tell them this is a quiet zone when they check in!!!

Great get away hotel but rooms are better for couple than family of 3.
Pros:

Loved the private onsens, free amenities and breakfast buffet!

Cons:

The bed was very hard and room only had one bed for 3 of us.

Cosy and comfortable!
Pros:

It was in a central location just next to the train station (if you don’t drive) with convenience store across the street. The onsen is nice with an outdoor tub that overlooks the mountains.

The breakfast was very nice with many food variety.

ホテルの周りが寂しい
Pros:

温泉がいつでも入れて最高でした。
朝食をつけていたプランでしたが、山の中だしあまり期待していなかったのです。それなのに海鮮もあり酢飯の用意もあり海苔にとろろなんかもあって大満足の海鮮勝手丼が出来上がり大満足。
プリンはどうもインスタント？卵から作っている感じがしなく残念。どちらかといえば海鮮より乳製品の方を期待していたのでガッカリかな？

Cons:

そこまでの送迎はあったけど駐車場が遠かったです。

Pros:

Walking distance to furano station. Room is clean and decent size. Asked for extra pillows and delivered almost immediately. The default pillow is low but is ergo for neck support.

A comfortable stay with a great breakfast, though the off-site parking logistics during busy hours could be improved.
Pros:

The environment was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Parking space is quite limited. Upon arrival, the staff had to guide us to a second parking lot and drive us back to the hotel. However, during the rush hour the next morning, we waited a very long time for a staff member to drive us back to the lot, but no one was available, so we ultimately had to walk there ourselves to get the car.

I'd love to stay here again!
Pros:

We absolutely love the well-maintained onsen, we went to both private and public ones and they were lovely, we eventually went back to the public one more, it was a large space, showering stalls felt private so it wasn't awkward. Lots of complimentary stuff at the hotel, it's yakult in the morning outside onsen room in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon, made my kids very happy. Complimentary coffee and minute maid orange juice at the lobby, would be great if there's complimentary sake too. Complimentary half ramen at night.

Washing machines are free to use, you just have to pay for the dryer.

Cons:

Bed size was so small, I booked the Hollywood room and they mentioned its 2 single beds pushed together, I was thinking 2 120cm beds(as other hotels we booked uses single beds too but they were 120cm) and that'd be fine for our family of 4, unfortunately it turned out to be 90cm beds, we hardly have space to sleep on the bed, they should put a king size mattress topper so the connecting part is not painful to sleep on.

One thing to take note - there is no on-site parking, it was a 2 min walk away which was fine, except that its a small area, if you drive out in the evenings its likely you'd not get a spot later when you return. The staff will guide you to another parking space, and you'll take their car back to the hotel.

Pros:

今回の旅行が退職記念旅行だった為、お祝いにラベンダーの石鹸と栞を頂きました
チァツクイン時間より、早く到着してしまいましたが、チァツクインの時間を少し早めて対応して頂き助かりました
支配人を始め、スタッフの若い皆さんが笑顔で対応してくれ、とても居心地が良かったです

Cons:

ホテル側の事ではありませんが、海外の方が多く宿泊されており、お風呂で声が大きく煩かった事、使った物をそのままで元に戻さない事等、気になりました

ゆったり快適！
Pros:

駅近で動きやすく、温泉あり、温泉後の飲料や夜鳴きそばもあり、チェックアウト時間も遅く、ゆったりと過ごせました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、忙しい時期でうっかりだったのでしょうが、部屋内の前の人のゴミがそのままだった事が少し残念でした。

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Free ramen at night, and free ice cream after onsen which is just awesome! Also have private onsen (but need to queue)
