Staff at reception were very helpful, they assisted with settling in at the hotel & helping to navigate the metro map's connection to overground trains. The ground floor has a very chic look with sitting area that serves as eatery/work zone. The hotel is in a retail park with 3 fast food chains (KFC, McDonald's & burger king) & 2 restaurants with affordable 3 course menus. There's a utility store called 'action', with useful electrical/electronic equipment & toiletries in the retail park. About 150m away, there's a mercadona supermarket & 2 gyms (one of the gyms accepts payments for 1-time use, €12/day as at May 2026). There's a metro station, 'parque europa', about 30mins walk away (google maps will take you there). Opposite the hotel, there's a car rental place, 'flexi car' & a little park with a couple of benches & trees that provide shade
