Perfekt för vår familj, med tre tonårsbarn
Pros:

Det var så fint och välstädat. Mycket praktiskt om man som vår familj kom med bil och gjorde utflykter till Salzburg och upp i bergen. Bodde där i tre nätter.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. In die Altstadt und weitere Umgebung kommt man super mit den Öffis.

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

We booked a total of 6 rooms. Every room came in different shapes and sizes. We booked the executive king rooms. The curtains in these rooms don't cover the entire window section. You will be hit by sunlight very early in the morning. The AC also isn't great. One of the six rooms we booked they gave us a disability access room and said they cannot change.

Staff were rude.

Crazy thing about this hotel is the strictness.
1200 check out and at 1210 already calling the room and the card didn't work to get into room while I was loading the car in the garage. Unbelievable and horrible attitude. Dont know iff that was reception or hotel rules. Either way disastrous. Would never recommend.this hotel

Pros:

It was wonderful experience in The Passenger hotel for me and my mother. The stay was near to metro/train station, had to walk only 3-4min.
Rooms were clean, tidy and made the experience extremely pleasant and soothing.
View from the hotel was amazing.

Lastly the most important thing I wanted to mention is about the receptionist Sara. She is very sweet, and her hospitality is top notch. She made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Whenever needed she was available on a call from room and in person at the reception desk.
@hotel management, If there is some more review or rating that I can do for her, please let me know.

Las instalaciones, todo moderno, limpio. Personal amable. Si bien no está cerca del centro, con el bus que pasa en frente al euro park se llega rápidamente. Es muy fácil moverse en transporte público y te dan tarjeta de movilidad para trenes, buses.

Für den Preis passt die Leistung nicht ganz
Pros:

Sehr moderne, schöne und saubere Zimmer und top Lage neben der Autobahn und beim Einkaufszentrum

Cons:

Der Rezeptionist wusste nicht wie lange die Sauna offen ist, er meinte bis 21:30 aber um kurz vor 21:00 hat die Putzfrau schon alle weggeschickt. Auch die Lage der Sauna im letzten Eck hinter einem öffentlichen Fitnessstudio ist unvorteilhaft und auch schwer zu finden. Das Hotel ist generell ein Labyrinth und im Gebäude gibt es verschiedene Stiegen mit verschiedenen anderen Firmen und die Garage ist ebenfalls extrem unvorteilhaft. Man muss insgesamt drei Schranken passieren, wobei der letzte zur Zufahrt der Parkplätze für das Hotel sehr schwer mit dem Auto zu passieren ist (man muss um die Ecke einbiegen).
