Relaxing stay, fresh air and lovely room.

Превосходный отель с потрясающим сервисом и видами, в который хочется вернуться!
Pros:

Завтраки разнообразные и очень вкусные: свежая выпечка, красная рыба, плюс можно сделать дополнительный заказ по меню бесплатно. Сам ресторан просторный, мест всегда достаточно. Ужинали мы тоже исключительно здесь — кухня настолько великолепна, что даже не хотелось идти в город.
SPA-зона - Настоящий восторг! Большой и чистый бассейн без едкого запаха хлорки, комфортная зона джакузи и отличный отдельный сектор для детей (дочке даже любезно предоставили нарукавники). Лежаков много, хватает всем. Отдельно отмечу массаж — он просто потрясающий!
Номер не маленький - спальня и гостиная, очень чистый. Внутри ждала качественная дорогая косметика (ее же можно купить в SPA). При заселении порадовали комплиментами — welcome drink и свежими фруктами. Вид из окна на горы и Торник — это отдельная любовь.
В пятницу вечером в лобби-баре звучит очень душевная живая музыка. Локация удобная: отель находится близко к центру и ключевым местам, мы везде ходили пешком. Для авто есть просторная подземная парковка.
Небольшой нюанс, который быстро решили: сначала в номере оказались халаты подросткового размера, но в SPA нам без проблем заменили их на полноценные взрослые. К слову, детские халаты здесь тоже есть, нужно просто попросить в SPA.

Cons:

В номере не предусмотрено удобного места для раскладывания чемоданов — если у вас их два, может быть немного тесновато. Воду в бассейне хотелось бы сделать потеплее!

Superb hotel with great facilities and even greater staff, truly exceptional!
Pros:

We loved this hotel and all the staff that work there. The hotel is first class and we would rate the staff as being 100 out of 10. They could not have been more helpful, kind and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always more than willing to help whenever we needed it. They even went well above and beyond in surprising us with a beautiful cake in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary! There are two restaurants on site which we dined in (the meals were truly delicious) and a spa complex (I had a facial and my husband a massage) which we rate highly too (both treatments were wonderful). The hotel is walking distance to the centre of town, the cable car (the longest in the world and well worth doing) and as it's high on the hill you get great views of the whole town and other mountains. We cannot rate highly enough the hotel, its facilities but above all, its staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing to not like at this hotel, it's all superb!

Pros:

The hotel completely matches its description. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool and spa area are beyond praise. We were highly impressed by the help and care of the reception staff—Miloš and Uroš supported us with every question that arose, thank you so much once again. If we are in Serbia again, we will definitely return to this hotel. We recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday without hesitation
