The hotel was lovely clean I just think there should be someone assigned to Bar area as it wasn’t so easy to get service

Location rooms were clean

Cons:

Not enough staff in bar area drinks could take up to 15 mins because there was nobody manning the bar. Bar closed at 11 every night no extension even on weekends.

Prima hotel met goed restaurant.

Cons:

We hadden niet in de gaten dat het hotel uit twee locaties, elk aan één kant van de weg, bestaat. Goed te doen. Alleen opladen auto was aardig aan de prijs.

Pros:

Leuk personeel. Mooi hoofdgebouw.

Cons:

Kamers aan de overkant van een hele drukke straat. Deze gaat dag en nacht door. Je moet bijna je leven wagen om bij je kamer te komen vanuit hoofdgebouw. Geen zebrapad of stoplicht. Als je de sl echt ter been bent , ben je het haasje.

Was prima zo voor 1 nachtje. Personeel erg vriendelijk!
Pros:

Fijne ligging van het hotel. Bedden liggen lekker en alles schoon. Leuke loungehoek bij de receptie en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Helaas vonden wij het diner niet zoals het moest zijn. Vlees te lang doorgebakken. En we moesten elke keer iemand erbij roepen van het personeel om drinken in te schenken in de loungehoek. Er liep daar geen personeel om alles in de gaten te houden.
Onze kamer was prima maar alles wel verouderd. Flinke rotte plekken bovenaan het kozijn/plafond.

Cons:

€160 voor een nacht betaald, echter was de prijs dit niet waard. Dit was gewoon een simpele kamer, waar hooguit €80 voor betaald had moeten worden. Daarbij was de kamer zeer verouderd, slecht geïsoleerd en niet voorzien van airco op een warme dag. Normaliter zeer tevreden over van der Valk, echter deze locatie niet. Erg jammer.
