Pros:

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Priya's behavior during my recent stay. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt unwelcome. I believe such conduct is not reflective of the hospitality standards expected at your hotel. I hope you address this matter promptly for the improvement of overall guest experience.
