L’emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de Xian à deux pas du métro! Excellent rapport qualité prix. Personnel très attentif et accueillant. Anglais parfaitement maîtrisé.
Great location, lovely rooms, clean rooms and clean communal areas. Free washing and drying facilities, good breakfast. Great value for money.

Internet didnt work in our room
The hotel is well situated near the Bell Tower. There is a street next to the hotel full of restaurants and shops with local stuff.
While the neighbourhood is quite noisy since morning to night, the room is well isolated and spacious.
The staff was nice and helpful, they helped us with some Wechat problems.
We took breakfast everyday, there was a variety of things between European and Chinese food and they changed some dishes each morning.
I definitely recommend it!
The bed was quite stiff. Personally, I love sleeping on a cloud and this was not the case. My friend did appreciate it though.
The washing machine and dryer. As we decided to wash some clothes, it was really long to dry them, it took like 3 hours only to dry the clothes and it didn't dry well so I had to put everything in the room during the day.
O quarto tem um tamanho bom, privada e chuveiro separados da pia o que é ótimo porque otimizamos nosso tempo para se arrumar. Localização próxima ao centro histórico, muito boa. Café da manhã aceitável (poderia ser melhor). Pessoas gentis!
Gostei de tudo. Atenas os ovos mexidos do café da manhã que estava frio e muito gorduroso todos os dias.

Limpieza, trato del personal, precio y ubicación son perfectos.
El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad y casi nada de comida saludable. Casi todo azúcares, procesados y/o fritos (e.g. mermelada, croissant, pan blanco, "cereales" azucarados, fritos...). No había opción de leche sin lactosa y muy pocas opciones de proteínas.
La ubicación muy buena. El personal excelente. Recomendable.

Atención en la recepción, muy amables y siempre ayudando. Buen desayuno. Ubicación excelente, cerca de Bell Tower y calle de comidas. Muy limpio. Camas cómodas. Lavandería. Todo perfecto. Nos ayudaron con las entradas a la plaza de Tian'anmen.
