Cons:

El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no enfría absolutamente nada, es como si no existiera. Hay una fuente en la casa que no te permite dormir a causa de su ruido por las noches. La ducha tiene muy poca presión y es difícil utilizarla. Las almohadas son extremadamente malas y no existe nada para cubrirte al dormir como una sabana o colcha por ejemplo, cuando pides algo te dan un pareo para cada persona...Reservas habituación para dos pero solo te ponen un cepillo de dientes y una botella de agua, tienes que estar pidiendo lo que falta. Los dueños no son muy amables,no nos sentimos bien acogidos. En la entrada tienen una especie de alarma que detecta a todo lo que pasa cerca y el sonido es muy desagradable, es como la sirena de la policía y ello se escucha mientras intentas descansar chafando tu propósito.No volvería.

Location: the property is very close to the airport and therefore perfect you're transiting in Bau Bau.
The owner was so kind to drive us to the airport in the morning for our very early flight. We'll definitely come back.

Pros:

Emplacement très pratique, près de l’aéroport et du port. Des petits warungs juste en bas. Location de scooter possible. La chambre est très agréable et propre. La vue sur la mer depuis certaines chambres et les terrasses est incroyable.Les personnes qui tiennent l'hôtel sont très agréables et gentils. Le propriétaire nous a amené à l’aéroport gratuitement (encore merci). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Cons:

Si j’avais un bémol, l'hôtel à une "alarme" type sirène de police dès que quelqu'un arrive sur le parking. Plutôt désagréable quand on a une chambre au dessus.

位置安静，去机场方便，老板人特别好，服务周到，酒店设计合理，景色迷人，花园打理的很好，在baubau地区绝对是优质的建设质量，房间干净整洁，顶层的露台看远处海景也不错。

Pros:

La habitación es muy grande, la cama muy cómoda, con armario, mesa, silla... Muy amplia y cómoda. Hay una terraza preciosa en el piso superior con vistas a Baubau y al mar. Los dueños te ayudan a alquilar moto, organizar traslados... Están muy pendientes de las necesidades que puedas tener. Limpian la habitación cada día.

Cons:

No hay lavabo en el baño ni agua Caliente. Al ducharte se moja todo el baño.

We were surprised at how Beautiful the building is, I don’t think the photos do it justice. located on a bit of a hill so you get a lovely view of the ocean (great at sunset!). 20 min walk from the airport.
Rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was big and comfy. The hosts were really friendly. 10/10 stay

Warm and hospitable homestay
Pros:

I was initially expecting a hotel (from the photos) but the property is actually more of a homestay set within a big well-maintained house. This turned out to be a pleasant surprise as it offered a much warmer and more personal atmosphere. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was sufficient and comfortable and had a window overlooking the sea in the distant. The house is located along a road, so occasional noise from car and motorbike could be heard but the area was generally quiet at night.

Cons:

One minor inconvenience was that the toilet in my room did not have a sink. It was not a major issue for my short stay though.

Pros:

It's a lovely and peaceful place with Koi in the ponds. Clean, spacious, and local food delivery available. I checked in earlier, and the owner even drove me to the bank to get the IDR I desperately needed for a taxi and a speedboat to get to another island. It was home away from home.

Bei Buchungen auf jeden Fall Zimmer 6 meiden.
Pros:

Das Hasu war unten vom Interieur sehr ansprechend. Wir sind freundlich willkommen worden.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer 6 hat nicht funktioniert und es war einfach pottheiss im Zimmer. Das Bad war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab kein Clopapier (sorry, aber wir sind keine Muslims) und es gab auch kein Waschbecken, also schon sehr rudimentär.

Pros:

Magnifique jardin, des plantes partout, c'est très beau
Le propriétaire est adorable, location de scooter de qualité, environnement calme, proche des commerces, et des plages. A 2min de l'aéroport sans les nuisances (1 avion /jour)

Cons:

Pas de lavabo, pas d'option petit déjeuner mais Thé café à disposition et le thé est excellent

Pros:

Deux nuits très bien.
Hôtel propre et confortable. Mais gros problème à l’arrivée . On ne nous attendait pas alors que notre réservation était payée et confirmée. Heureusement un guide avec d’autre touriste a tout arrangé.
