The Signature Hoi An

Clean and well appointed - very helpful and welcoming staff

I really liked staying at the Signature Hotel. Central location and beautifully decorated. Really nice and hospitable staff. From the beginning they were very attentive and the staff at the reception got my WhatsApp so that I could communicate directly if we had any needs. Thank you Signature 😀

Convenient location, right near the river and night market as well as in ancient town; staff went above and beyond to help

Very cosy and homey vibes, from the moment you check in everyone is so helpful and welcoming. We only ever have to ask once and things got delivered almost immediately. It’s been the best hotel we have stayed at so far on our trip in Vietnam. Would definitely come back again, could not fault the service. Highly recommend

From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a memorable stay. The generosity and genuine hospitality of everyone at The Signature Hoi An made us feel so welcome.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and convenient, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had, with a great variety of food and a wonderful local corner where we could experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We also truly appreciated the attention and kindness shown to our two year old, which made our family stay even more special.

This is a hotel we will always remember, not only because of its beautiful design but because of the incredible people who made our stay so special. It is difficult to remember everyone’s names, but every single member of the team was exceptional. A special thank you to Trung, Liz, and Bina at reception, Hanh in the restaurant, Haboo and Son by the pool, and Lieu and Hong at the spa. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen mit vielen verschiedenen Optionen. Das Personal war immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

We had a splendid holiday at The Signature Hoi An and truly enjoyed every part of our stay.

A very special thank you goes to Hyu at reception, who took care of everything for us from the moment we arrived until our departure. He helped us organise several trips, recommended excellent activities and was always available for any request, large or small. His kindness, attention and professionalism made our holiday even more enjoyable, and we really appreciated everything he did for us.

We would also like to mention Hanh from the restaurant, who was always very kind and helpful during breakfast and dinner and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable, the spa was relaxing, and the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of choices and several vegan options, which we greatly appreciated.

Hoi An is a wonderful city, full of friendly and smiling people, and The Signature Hoi An was the perfect place to experience it.

Overall, a fantastic stay and a memorable holiday. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10!

Excellent location and staff very friendly and helpful

This hotel is a little gem in Hoi an. So close to all the action of old town but a quiet little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were extremely attentive, especially Vy who made our stay very relaxing.
