Pros:

Een hotel met lobby en kamers die luxe uitstralen. En met gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Nguyen van de receptie heeft ons goed geholpen en appte zelfs om te vragen of we goed geslapen hadden. Hij reageerde snel op vragen op WhatsApp.
Het zwembad is ook luxe, een buitenbad maar wel soort van binnen (voelt alsof het op een binnenplaats is. Met gratis grote 2-persoons hemelbedden en luxe ronde ligbedden naast het zwembad. Er zijn in feite 2 zwembaden: 1 gelijkvloers en 1 via een kleine trap wat hogergelegen met daaromheen de hemel- en luxere ligbedden. Er zijn volop gratis zwemhanddoeken te leen als.je bij het zwembad staat. Het ontbijt is goed, met een uitgebreid buffet. Locatie voortreffelijk: heel dichtbij de nightmarket en leuke restaurantjes. Aanrader!

Cons:

Niets, alleen de fitnessruimte is echt klein. En het was er erg benauwd (lag misschien aan mij, mogelijk was er ergens een airco die ik zelf moest aanzetten). En je hebt daar geen privacy, het ligt aan een gang waar gasten vaker langslopen, pal langs de glazen ramen. Ze kijken je recht aan als je bijvoorbeeld aan het hardlopen bent op de.loopband. Maar dat is ook echt alles. We zouden hier zo weer heen gaan.

The best place to stay in Hoi An
Pros:

The location is .. just perfect. The interior is old Chinese style, extremely beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is sooo great.
We got vouchers for daily massages.

Cons:

In fact, nothing. I strongly recommend it

Great hotel and very helpful staff, espacially Huy who helped us book tickets for the Hoi An memorial show and recommended us a few restaurants.

Acceuil et support constant, une addresse a ne pas manquer.
Pros:

La localisation et la chambre. Personel à la reception toujours avec de bons conseils et tres chaleureux. Super moment au spa, super personnel.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner/ restaurant, manque de service, les tables étaient souvent non debarrassées , ca fait un peu cantine. Dommage.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended!!
Pros:

Excellent property- so close to the night markets & short walk over the bridge into the old town.
Very clean, very comfortable, staff were fantastic. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and all the staff were very friendly and help

櫃檯可以解決所有疑難雜症，細節到所有行程規劃到接駁，甚至到最後離開都笑臉迎人

Cons:

飯店旁邊的越是洗髮，真的就是洗髮，感覺自己洗就好，水溫溫度不一，和以前體驗的越式洗髮落差很大

La excelente atención, el spa incluido en el precio y el desayuno abundante y cuidado con productos locales deliciosos.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están algo envejecidas y la habitación es mejorable en cuanto a climatización. No recomendamos planta baja.
En todo caso, la buena atención que prestan suple cualquier carencia y estamos agradecidos por ello 🙏🏻
