It was such a charming hotel in a wonderful location. Perfect for our stay in Hoi An. We would definitely stay again! The rooms are very spacious and modern but still have a traditional charm to it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

- An authentic experience;
- Very clean accomodation;
- Size of the room was perfect;
- Friendly staffs;
- Very convenient and quiet location (walking distance to the Old Town but away from the noisy bars);
- Massage on ground floor was excellent and easy to book;
- restaurant on the ground floor as well - breakfast is inclusive so can’t complaint; for lunch, food was ok but this maybe because there are more options outside.
Nothing in general. The only incident was we found the water bottles in the mini bar ($$) were opened and consumed half. They apologised and fixed it straight away efficiently. Well, things happened.

第一次玩峴港，我和先生和媽媽3／12入住共住兩晚，並於12月就先預訂這間飯店，地點非常方便，步行就可以抵達會安古鎮，附近也有24小時雜貨店，兩晚宵夜都在雜貨店輕鬆購買，入住時有Haboo詳細的接待和介紹，雖然不會說中文，我們英文也差但還聽得懂她的介紹，房內須知和周遭環境，這次選擇三人房就位在一樓很方便，房間寬敞明亮還有浴缸，床非常舒服且乾淨，因為電視牆面對面一度會聽到隔壁牆的電視聲，所幸隔壁也不是夜貓子，晚上都很安靜好入睡，早餐非常優秀，中西式食物都有，還有越南在地美食，兩頓早餐都能吃到不同食物不會無聊，雖然這次待兩晚會安不幸都是暴雨，但房內也很貼心備有大傘可外出使用，還有免費腳底按摩體驗超棒，離開前Haboo也有和我們聊天詢問體驗，下著雨她還是一路陪到我們車離開才走，她好親切，如果還有機會到會安玩，一定會再選擇這間飯店💯❤️
剛好入住那幾晚，每天下大雨，還小淹水，飯店有提供超大雨傘很貼心！

Absolutely everything. Amazing staff, especially Haboo. Communication before we arrived was excellent and the greeting on arrival welcoming. During our 4 day stay we were greeted with genuine smiles and courtesy. We will miss them. The facilities were all amazing. A clean and modern hotel but with a traditional and old worldly feel. The PERFECT place to stay in Hoi An.

Die Rezeptionistin Vy war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top. Es gibt sogar ein Strandshuttle und kostenlose Fahrräder. Das Frühstück war perfekt.
The rooms were beautifully decorated. But the best thing were the amazing staff. Y fired had some passport stamping issues and the hotel were so kind to take her to airport and help her out. All of them were exceptionally friendly helpful and especially one of the staff named Huy

This hotel is right in the heart of the where you want to be. It is beautifully decorated and the buffet breakfast is exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english.
There were bikes to use for free but only a few so they were gone before breakfast. Not too much of a problem since you can rent them across the street.
Fantastic location to be able to walk into town. The staff could not be friendlier or any more accommodating
Gym was a little small - however plenty to do in Hoi An than to go to the gym
