Beautifully and immaculately presented hotel. A real oasis from the heat and noise outside especially around the pool. Rooms are generous in size. The staff were just delightful and extremely attentive throughout our stay. This property is a true 5 star experience , unlike many in Asia.

Nice hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Room was also very comfortable which made it a perfect escape from the heat.

We had a great stay here! The location is great - a little bit off of center of ancient town and the strip along the river. This location meant that the sound disruption was minimal while we were enjoying our room.

Hotel was really well designed, and our room was gorgeous. We also really enjoyed the pool space. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and had a wide variety of options for us to choose from every morning. The air conditioning was also top notch, and the bed was really comfortable.

The staff went out of their way to assist us during our time at the hotel, and communication with them via WhatsApp was easy.

everything was perfect . The complimentary Massage and welcome snacks was a pleasant treat from the hotel which was very much appreciated.

We booked through Booking.com and received a very good rate. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the Ancient Town and many of Hoi An's attractions.
The breakfast had a great variety of food, including fresh salads, local Vietnamese dishes, and international options from Western, European, and Asian cuisines. There was plenty to choose from.
The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling and eager to help. A special thank you to Liz at the front desk, who took excellent care of us from check-in to check-out. She helped organise our transfers and assisted with everything we needed, making our stay very convenient and enjoyable.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

It was such a charming hotel in a wonderful location. Perfect for our stay in Hoi An. We would definitely stay again! The rooms are very spacious and modern but still have a traditional charm to it. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

- Very convenient and quiet location (walking distance to the Old Town but away from the noisy bars);
- Massage on ground floor was excellent and easy to book;
- restaurant on the ground floor as well - breakfast is inclusive so can’t complaint; for lunch, food was ok but this maybe because there are more options outside.
