Me gusta la ubicación, el personal de la cocina es excepcional. Las camas son cómodas descanse

Cons:

Se que es un hotel de muchos años sin embargo las camas estaban muy limpias y comodas solo una cosa: el ventilador estaba empotrado en la ventana por esa razon entra ruido y un poco se fresco pero las sábanas y cobijas estan muy bien.

El hotel es viejo, tiene mucho que mejorar de infraestructura, las tuberías de agua hacen mucho rudo, la habitación que nos toco, cada que se usa una llave de agua (incluso de otra habitación cercana) se escuchaba un sonido como de arrastre de muebles y fue muy incomodo, la ventana a la calle no esta insonorizada y el paso de los autos también se escuchaba mucho.

La atención del personal es en su mayoría muy "seca", en recepción hasta nos "regañaron" por que la pagina de booking tiene algún detalle y considera a los hijos de 15 años como niños cuando el hotel los cataloga como adultos, les falta un poco mas de tacto para tratar a los huéspedes, el desayuno incluido es aceptable, no hay gran variedad pero cumple con lo necesario, aquí la atención fue un poco mejor, pero siempre un poco "áspera" sin ser grosera.

en general EL COSTO - CALIDAD es el que se puede espera (700 por 4 personas), ideal para pasar una noche cuando por trabajo o necesidad debes dormir en la ciudad
