Really nice and cozy place to stay in Melaka
Pros:

Really nice place to visit Melaka, close to everything walking, as the name say it’s really cozy place. You never saw the owner as everything is online but its always there to help and feels like home .

Pros:

Very cozy place, with living room for taking breakfast or any type of food.

Easy to walk to Jonker street, no car or grab needs.
A lot of food around the place, even 7eleven downstairs.
Easy to park, we will repeat again this place 100%

Cons:

You have breakfast, but only bread some jams and coffee basic one.

I will suggest some fruits too, easy fruits.

But doesn't means I didnt like it, just suggestion for future improvement 😉

Good location and overall good stay for the price
Pros:

It had every thing you needed shower, toilet, tv and even a washer machine that you could use. The cleaners did clean everyday and replenish the toilet roll and breakfast items. Super close to Jonker street around a 5 min walk. The rooms were nice and you get 2 towels, aircon, a hairdryer and a mirror :) they had 2 showers and 2 toilets.

Cons:

There was no aircon in the main sitting area where the tv is just a fan which made it sometimes unbearable. The Check in was a nightmare I found but I did arrive early and was sat outside from 8-9:30 waiting to drop my bags inside as there are no staff. The freezer doesn’t work and above the property they do have rodents that you will hear at night. Not the property fault and we never saw any rodents around. There’s are so coach or seats to watch the tv out little pods on the floor. If you get un lucky with inconsiderate guest you will hear every thing due to the glass windows that open in your room.

Cons:

No warm water, and I had the room with balcony, cool but the smoke from the restaurant down easily came in and the room was super noisy , like I was in the streets myself.

Luogo accogliente e posizione perfetta vicino al mercato notturno!
Pros:

Posizione eccellente e sala comune molto carina e confortevole. Reattività immediata da parte del personale, molto efficiente.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo le formiche in cucina, ma una volta segnalato, il personale ha provveduto immediatamente a pulire. La stanza era un po’ piccola, in foto sembrava più grande ma molto comoda e pulita.

Très bonne adresse
Pros:

Emplacement très bien situé, à 5min à pieds de la place rouge. En bord de route, donc légèrement bruyant mais acceptable selon moi. Chambre simple et propre de taille correcte, avec climatisation silencieuse et efficace. Check in/out solo mais très fluide, aucun problème. Petite cuisine commune. Nombreux restos en bas de la guesthouse.

Cons:

Sanitaires propres mais qui pourraient être refaits. Mais il y a cependant de l’eau chaude.

Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento, pues estaba muy céntrico. Todo muy muy limpio. Y lo mejor es que hay lavadora y secadora gratis. Esto es para dar una buena puntuación, pues no todos los alojamientos te dan gratis poder lavar. En la habitación había un secador de pelo (importante para mi mujer). El desayuno básico, pero bien (Cada persona tiene que prepararse el desayuno). Debajo hay un pequeño supermercado. También hay varios restaurantes para comer a buen precio. Lo recomiendo. De volver a esta ciudad, me alojaría en ese mismo lugar
