Cheap yes. Worth the savings. No.
Pros:

The pool is deep and large and cool.
Area is convenient to shops.

Cons:

A large dead cockroach greeted me in the middle of the room which had obviously been there for a while.
Mold all over every fabric. Torn curtains and bedding. Power outlets hanging out of the wall. Rubbish left from other people's stay. Bed lumpy. Stairs into the pool, very unstable, nearly pulling out of the concrete. Sunbeds are unusable due to they're being more holes than not.

You cannot expect luxury
Pros:

The location is good, I was there for the second time. Place looks good, clear shallow pool. Good restaurant over the street.

Cons:

It's worn out, especially the bathroom (rusty). There were no soap, Towel was rather gray.
But it has working AC, fridge, TV, el. socket next to bed.
You cannot expect luxury, but I will come next time again.

It’s cheap you get what you pay for but wouldn’t ever return.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed needs replacing years ago. Worst sleep ever very uncomfortable. Plus the aircon from upstairs dripping all night on our roof very noisy.

Cost reflective. Convenient for location.
Pros:

The location was close to the beach and mall with good choice of restaurants walkable distance. Room is a good size and water was always hot. Night staff were really friendly and it was relatively quiet at night. Waterpark Bali is 25min walk. Swimming pool was a highlight but maybe the only one for this hotel. The price is adequate. AC was slow but appreciated.

Cons:

As we were already aware from the previous reviews, this hotel is incredibly run down sadly. The bed sheets were stained, curtains and bedding had mold on, paint was coming off the walls and the bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishing, Really Could be a beautiful hotel.

Would recommend for a cheap place to stay but not if you don’t like old and not 100% clean

Cons:

Not very clean also pool closes at 8pm and I like to have a sit abit later I can understand if you are noisey but not if you are just sitting and relaxing

Close proximity to the beach, good swimming pool

Cons:

Upstairs rooms have not been renovated yet, rooms only get cleaned when you ask for it to be done. You get what you pay for in reality, it's quiet and peaceful so you take the good with the bad

Pros:

Easy to get to from the airport, not far from the beach.

Cons:

Staff were very short at check in. Check out was a bit better. Rooms weren't clean and didn't provide soap let alone shampoo.
