Het was een heel mooi hotel! De kamers waren zeer ruim en de goede was heel goed! De 2 zwembaden zijn er hele leuke toevoeging! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en legt iedere dag vers water klaar, wat super aangenaam was! Het is echt ideaal gelegen! Ten midden van veel winkels en eetplaatsen. Qua prijs - kwaliteit was dit echt perfect! Wij hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad!
Het enige wat mijn vriend minder vond, was de matras, maar dit is uiteraard super persoonlijk. Voor de rest was alles perfect!

Excellent Room Space - Did not take Breakfast or use the Pool but liked two pools
The Shower itself needed replacement and was not fit to use and was a challenge but somehow we managed
The property was very nice all round. It felt clean and well looked after and the two pools were a nice addition. The room is reasonably large for the price and comes with everything you need. The air conditioning is also good and keeps the room cool.
The bed was very noisy but overall very good.
We liked the low price of this hotel a lot. It has most of the facilities you need such like a laundryroom, a 24 hour reception as well as two swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and the staff was very friendly and make this stay a good experience.
We did our laundry using the washing machine and the dryer but the dryer was not able to dry our clothes, the staff kindly warned us about this, so we dried our clothes in the drying rack on the top floor, as suggested by the staff. However, the next day, half of the clothes were lying on the floor and in its place there were towels hanging from other guests. It seems this hotel attracts people who apparently cannot behave like decent human beings so a tip to the hotel would be to install more CCTV in certain areas.
Staff were lovely , great feel about the place , good pool area , enough stuff on the street to do and only 5 mins away from main chiang mai

Das Personal war hervorragend. Alle waren stets freundlich und hochengagiert. Englisch war kein Problem.
