En general esta pasable.
Reserve ese hotel por que aceptan mascotas y por que en la aplicación DICE CLARAMENTE, MASCOTAS SIN COSTO, pero al llegar me COBRARON 400 PESOS por mi mascota y si no aceptaba, pues perdia mi reservación y mi dinero, entonces te obligan a pagar, eso se llama ROBO, despues no tenian llave de la habitación, me asignaron otra habitación, que era un horno, sin ventilación al expresar mi descontento al encargado, me comentó que no podia hacer nada esa noche, que quizas al siguiente día me darian otra, lo cual hicieron, entonces les recomiendo que cambien su anuncio en la plataforma y no ESTAFEN a las personas que inocentemente llevan a sus mascotas y despues son ASALTADOS, POR QUE SI NO PAGAS PIERDES TU DINERO Y RESERVACIÓN, UN ROBÓ TOTAL.

The staff were friendly but they didn't resolve the issues I had about my room in a timely manner. The room was cozy but a bit too hat. very well lit room but lack of window view. I don't know if they offered any breakfast. Location was very close to main square but a bit scary after 6pm.
My original room didn't have hot water, so I complained with the receptionist, they said that fixed the issue several times but no luck, it took literally 6 hours for them to try to fix the issue! So I asked for another room, which I got a new room, but it didn't have any power outlets to charge my stuff. the light switches were in a very odd places and there was no A/C, only a very small fan right on top of the bed with a very short chain to pull from to make it start, Not good for the price.

La atencion de la recepcionista, muy amable y atenta
que por que no había agua caliente me cambiaron de hotel, al que esta a la vuelta, tuve que caminar con mi maleta en la noche, medio alumbrada la calle, ni un vamos por ti, te llevamos o mira te doy una cortesia.
