Good location in a residential area of modern Jaipur, next to a well known coffee shop, very nice staff and clean rooms, bed comfortable

We stayed here for 3 nights when we toured Jaipur and it was great! We booked 2 regular rooms but they upgraded to 2 Studio units. The decor was well-thought-out. The room was very spacious and squeaky clean as well as the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet so we slept really well. The AC in the room was great. They provided bottled water on a daily basis, and upon request.
The service and staff were both excellent!
They have streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, etc.
The in-room dining menu options were limited, but we ended up calling the hotel reception and they sent a staff from Nouba who took our orders from the regular menu.
There's a small pool on the roof top, which we didn’t get a chance to use, and looked clean.
There is a spa on the 4th floor (roof top), a nice restaurant (Nouba) on the floor that has great menu options, a spa on the 3rd floor (same floor as the hotel reception), and a great coffee shop (Curious Life Coffee) on the ground floor. The spa, restaurant, and coffee shop are separate businesses, which means you can't charge to your room, still very convenient because they are in the same building.

I loved this hotel, from the roof top restaurant offering fabulous international cuisine all the way down to the entrance, where the staff stood to greet us every time we walked by. I stayed in a suite which felt luxurious clean modern and comfortable. The coffee shop next door was our first proper coffee in India. The service and facilities were outstanding. AAA ++

Ons verblijf bij LIV hotel was heel erg fijn! De kamer was ruim genoeg met hele fijne bedden en een mooie en schone kamer. Het zwembad op het dakterras was ook erg fijn! Het personeel is ontzettend aardig!! Iedereen was super vriendelijk en zegt je gedag!
El personal fue muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda, y el restaurante del hotel está muy bien.
La única razón por la que no le pongo un 10 es porque la piscina en el rooftop está llena de palomas, por lo que en el agua también hay plumas y heces de paloma. No muchas, pero algunas. Han intentado evitarlo poniendo algo en la valla pero no es de mucha utilidad. Es una pena porque la piscina estaría genial.

We were a group of four friends who stayed at The Liv Jaipur, and it turned out to be such a lovely and super comfortable experience! The staff were incredibly warm, hospitable, and always ready to help—making us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The rooms and amenities were spotless and hygienic, and the central location made it effortless to explore all the local sights. It was truly the perfect place to come back to and unwind after long, tiring days of sightseeing around the city. One of our friends, who is a foreign national, couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable the beds and furnishings were—she said she had some of the best sleep here! The breakfast and coffee at Curious Life Coffee Roasters Café were absolutely delicious, so yummy and indulgent, it honestly felt even better than some big hotel breakfast buffets. Just a small note: there’s no chai on the menu, so tea lovers might miss that—but the coffee more than makes up for it! Overall, it was fantastic value for money. We had an amazing stay, would definitely come back again, and highly recommend it to everyone!!
Almost everything was perfect. What might have made it even better was having the option of Indian masala chai for tea drinkers as part of the breakfast deal. But it was such a minor detail compared to all the positives that we were happy to ignore it.
