ubicación y entorno

Cons:

1.- en la ducha, debiera haber para las personas de la tercera edad, una manilla o pasapanos para afirmarse mientras se baña y también un piso anti resbalarse. Se hizi presente al encargado del establecimiento, tanto verbal como por escrito. En la pieza 32, no había en la ducha, una rejilla para dejar el jabon y champú, mientras uno se baña, estos implementos son indispensables para las personas mayores

No tiene ascensor y en Mayo no estaba funcionando el restaurante. Solo había desayuno. Para el frío hay estufa eléctrica.

Das Hotel Rocas de Bahia liegt am Meer im gleichnamigen Ort. Der alte Glanz des Hotels ist noch spürbar.
Der Empfang war freundlich und wir haben ein großes Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel liegt am Hang und wenn man den oberen Parkplatz benutzt, kann man auch die Etagen 3 und 4 ohne Treppen erreichen.
Abgesehen davon, dass das Restaurant zu hatte, war alles wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv empfand ich die sauberen Zimmer. Obwohl alles an Einrichtung völlig abgenutzt war, wurde es täglich blank geputzt.
Das Frühstück war okay und eher unterdurchschnittlich, nur der glanzvolle Saal und der Ausblick aufs Meer hat es herausgerissen.
Teilweise waren wir die einzigen Gäste und es fanden verschiedene (Laute) Bauarbeiten im Hotel statt.
Insgesamt war alles soweit in Okay, aber im Hinblick auf den Preis, nicht in einem ausgewogenen Verhältnis.

Um desastre! Nao retornaria e não recomendo !

Nao me hospedaria de novo e sugiro ao booking retirar o hotel do seu portfolio de oferta!

Cons:

Do funcionário mandar eu tomar a água da torneira do banheiro e das demais grosserias.
De não fornecer o wifi na chegada, o que me fez descer todas as escadas do hotel, pois o telefone não funcionava.

Nao gostei das toalhas velhas e manchadas - tenho fotos!
Do ralo sujo ! Tenho fotos!
Exaustor quebrado e sujo - tenho fotos!
Do mofo nas paredes- tenho fotos!
Das paredes descascadas- tenho fotos !
Do armario do banheiro descascado e em péssimas condições! Tenho fotos!

Tenho mais fotos da péssima e insalubre condiçoes da habitação, mas o booking so permite 4 fotos. Uma pena! Gostaria de mostrar as fotos do armário do banheiro, das portas, das torneiras, tomadas e paredes!

Sobrevalorado, mucho potencial pero desaprovechado.

La habitación amplia, iluminada y buena terraza, vista desde el comedor

Cons:

No se informo que por temporada baja no funcionaba restaurant ni Bar.
Horario de desayuno muy breve 7:30 a 9:30.
Atraso de horario de desayuno un día sin informar.

Un lugar con muchas oportunidades para brillar

Sin lugar a dudas la atención del personal 10/10, el servicio de limpieza 10/10, atención de bar 10/10, servicio de desayuno muy bien atendido 10/10, variedad del desayuno 8/10

Cons:

Las instalaciones están reacondicionadas, la puerta del shower no coincidía con el cierre, el agua se salía por la parte de abajo hacia el baño, la piscina no cuenta con calefacción y en dia no se usa la recirculacion del agua, las instalaciones no poseen ascensor.
La sección de bar no posee carta de autor, sólo carta tradicional.
