Dokonalá dovolená!
Pros:

Absolutní topka! Lepší ubytování jsme Chorvatsku ještě neměli a to jsme dost nároční. Lokalita úžasná, přímo u moře a s výhledem na moře. V apartmánu na přivítání víno. V lednici voda a u kávovaru dostatek kapslí. Na zařízení se nešetřilo, takže kvalitní postele, spotřebiče, prostě dokonalé. Potkali jsme jednoho z majitelů pana Honzu a ten byl taky velmi ochotný a příjemný. V srpnu si to zopákneme. Jarda a Míša s dětmi z Ostravy

Cons:

Děti se koupaly radši v bazénu než v moři. :-)

Pros:

Obiekt super – bardzo nam się podobało. Blisko do plaży, bardzo czysto, a basen świetny.

Na pewno będę polecał ten obiekt znajomym, ale już nigdy nie zarezerwuję przez Booking. Od teraz będę szukał bezpośrednio stron obiektów i omijał pośredników. Kiedy dowiedziałem się, jak wysoką prowizję Booking pobiera od wynajmu, całkowicie zmieniłem zdanie o tej platformie. Patrząc na wszystkie lata, przez które z niej korzystałem, uzbierałaby się naprawdę bardzo ładna kwota.

Ve Villa Brzet jsme byli ubytováni již podruhé. Loni jsme se správcem řešili špatnou kvalitu úklidu, kdy jsem po příjezd

Umístění a vybavenost vily je velkou výhodou. Do centra města 10 min chůze.

Nejednotná komunikace správce rezervačního systému a správce budovy vůči klientům.

fabulous condo with a balcony right on the beach!
Pros:

The condo was amazing! Beautiful furnishing, washer, and you are on the beach with a fabulous balcony. The bathrooms were excellent and the beds were comfortable. The AC kept the condo cool in the warm weather. You are just steps from a beach front restaurant that has fun drinks and great pizza. It's about an eight minute walk to town, making it the perfect location.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Brzet! The apartment is beautifully designed, extremely well-equipped, and the pool and views are absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just a short drive/walk from Omiš Old Town, with a fantastic restaurant literally 2 minutes from the door.

We did have a minor issue with noisy neighbours one evening, but the host was incredibly reactive and helpful in resolving it, which we really appreciated.

Communication was excellent throughout,always available and responsive.

Cons:

Nothing.
Just a tad expensive considering the period and small town Omiš is.

Pros:

Great Staff, beautiful architecture, great location.

Cons:

Design of the rooms was strange. Master bath was all glass so you got to watch your roommate shower, etc. Long hallways and not much light in bedrooms.
Kitchen could have been a bit better supplied - coffee maker small and made instant coffee.

ausreichend ausgestattete Küche mit Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und, Induktionsherd,
Waschmaschine (!),
Bügeleisen (ohne Brett),
Staubsauger,
1x WC+Dusche separat und 1x WC+Dusche im Schlafzimmer,
Ausreichend Handtücher
2 Smart-TV (1x kleines Schlafzimmer, 1x Wohnzimmer)
Safe mit Code und Sicherheitsschloss,
direkter Meerblick,
Balkon mit Wäscheständer, Tisch und 2 Sesseln,
Pool jederzeit betretbar und sauber inkl. separatem WC direkt daneben,
Garage inbegriffen + Möglichkeit zum Laden von eAutos an der normalen Stromsteckdose,
(fast) schalldichte Fenster.

Grober Kies-Strand direkt gegenüber, einmal über die Straße.
Sehr sauberes Wasser, kaum Seeigel im Wasser.
Strand war sauber und nie überfüllt.
Restaurant + Mexikaner direkt im Nachbargebäude,
sehr kleine Bäckerei in der Nähe.
Sandstrand von Omiš ca. 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt.

Personal ist jederzeit erreichbar und steht für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.

Insgesamt sowohl für Pärchen als auch für Familien wirklich empfehlenswert!!

Cons:

Direkt nebenan ist ein Restaurant, welches morgens entweder die Klimaanlage oder eine andere Maschine startet, die man im Schlafzimmer leider auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern leicht hört. Jedoch im 2. Schlafzimmer nicht.

Preis während der Feriensaison für eine Familie etwas hoch, ich würde Nebensaison empfehlen.

Pro Garage passen 2 Autos nebeneinander, allerdings für 2 große Autos (SUV oder Kombi) sehr eng. (Aber direkt gegenüber sind auf der Straße Parkplätze!),

Waschmaschinen-Beschriftung ist auf tschechisch (Dank KI übersetzt)

Villa Brzet is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with everything you need and an amazing location. My family loved our stay here especially the pool and being right on a gorgeous beach. Mate, the manager was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Thank you!
