My stay was very much comfortable.
Pros:

Rooms are bigger in size with all the facilities.

Cons:

Entry to the hotel should be through main door but here the entrance is through side door. Also, hotel lobby/reception Area very small.

Pros:

Rooms are very small. I asked for many things which should have been kept in the room like tooth brush, napkin, and toilet paper.
The food quality is absolutely below average. Breakfast seems not fresh.

Pros:

I loved the luxurious ambience, beautiful interiors, and the overall experience. Everything felt so elegant and relaxing.

Cons:

I didn’t like the rude and unprofessional behaviour of some of the staff. The way they interacted with guests could have been more polite, welcoming, and respectful. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

Could have been better in this price.
Pros:

staff was okay, breakfast was nice.

Cons:

room was not so clean with dust all over walls and cupboards. fridge was broken, fan broke last day, had to request for proper cleaning all the time.
I dont know if that is the usual standard in Nashik.
