Pros:

If possible, add more pillows or you can provide extra pillows. Put water kettles and prayers mat for Muslims. And please let your staff to be more pleasant in way of dressing and hygiene. Also put some air freshener at the Hotel.

Very strategic hotel, very near to food restaurant, bilis market, and bank, easy to access the beach, and other facilities, difficulties to parking due to school holidays

The sink was leaking, which was inconvenient. The TV also sometimes had no connection, making it difficult to watch. I hope these issues can be fixed to improve future guests' experience.
