Pros:

Es war sehr schön und sauber! Auf der Strassenseite ist es sehr laut, weshalb ich das Zimmer wechseln wollte. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und ich erhielt am nächsten Tag ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer auf der ruhigeren Seite. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut! Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Le personnel incompétent
Les bouteilles de shampooing, gel douche et lait corporel qui ont été rechargé avec de l'eau ! Du jamais vu :(
Le petit déjeuner de bagatelle et les peu mauvaise qualité

Estancia muy agradable en caucasia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy agradables, especialmente la terraza del restaurante, piscina y jacuzzi. El personal es muy amable, a pesar de tener unos momentos pico muy altos entre pocos lo logran resolver. La comida es espectacular!

Cons:

Tuvimos que esperar un poco más de lo normal para el checkin, por alto flujo de personas, pero nada grave.

Great hotel, has a secure parking garage underneath the apartment. We felt safe leaving stuff on top of our car for our one night stay. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was tasty and filling. It was a bit on the pricey side, but worth what we paid to have a safe, secure place for the car and a comfortable night's rest in between two long days of driving (Salento to Cartagena). We would definitely recommend staying here!
