Le personnel est très aimable et serviable, l’hôtel a pleins de petites touches mignonnes, les chambres sont spacieuses (surtout pour le Japon), il y a même un espace supplémentaire ! Le roof top est la cerise sur le gâteau, génial !

Owners were informative. Made me feel welcome. A very cozy place. Great location close to train and cent of tokyo. In a relatively quite neighborhood compared to others like shinjuku.

This was my second time staying. We really liked everything about it, including the location, the cute cat-themed items, the amenities, and the very thoughtful and friendly couple who manage it all. This lovely little independent hotel felt, in many, ways like a home away from home.

The owner was very kind and gave us drinks and a light snack when we first got there. They also gave us three pairs of cat chopsticks when checking out of the hotel :D

Location

We had a great 8 night stay. Yuni and other staff were awesome people. The rooms were clean and you can get a free room cleaning which was awesome. The hotel is peaceful and quiet. The location is amazing. 4-5 mins walk to Ichigaya Station and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Do not skip the Kamegaoka Hachimangu Shrine, which is very close to the Hotel. The rooftop's view is amazing, especially at 8-10 pm. Will definitely stay here again! Thanks Yuni for all the help.

Hotel Yuni was the one hotel among our entire trip I would describe as somewhere that genuinely felt like home. The sweetest couple in the world runs the hotel and they genuinely treat every guest as one of their own. We were greeted on our first day with tea and a cookie. I mean where else would they do that!! They also are super helpful with recommendations. Beds were great, showers were wonderful and rooms were spacious. Laundry machines were also great! Oh and oh my god the rooftop was so amazing. Genuinely feel so much nostalgia for it already. Will be coming back next time :)

The property is only a short 5 min walk from Ichigaya metro station. You are only a few stops away on the metro train line from Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, just a few of the shopping areas in Tokyo.

The room is fully air conditioned so even when the weather is humid, you always have a place to cool down.

The rooftop is beautiful at night to go up to and relax and it is open for you to use.

The hotel is very quiet too as they observe a 10pm quiet time.

I really enjoyed my time here at Yunis’ hotel. She was very hospitable taking time on my first night to tell me all about the things to do and places to eat in the area. She was a really lovely hostess. Thanks Yuni.
