Staff was great! Very friendly and provided everything i needed. Location of the hotel was amazing and the price was perfect.
Yuni was very friendly and so helpful. We really loved the vibe the hotel was giving. I love the decorations and theme! I asked if the host could write a happy birthday message for my 15 year-old niece, and Yuni was so lovely and gave her a little birthday gift! Her husband and herself were so kind and welcoming.
The air-conditioning wasn't cooling the room.
Yuni was very kind and caring. She thoroughly explained every amenity, rules, and local spots to visit. We had to check out at 11 am, but we were allowed to leave our luggage in the lobby until our train came at 4 pm. There were two typhoons coming during the weekend of our stay, but Yuni heard this and used mystic powers to turn the typhoons into measly clouds.
The blankets in the room trapped in heat a little too well, so I had to sleep with them off or else I'd wake up in a pool of sweat. The sink was leaking a bit.

The property is very clean and it’s in a perfect location because the train station is about 5 minutes away with a lot to do in the area.
It was a tiny place but nice decorated.
The check in time is 4pm. it was too late but thankfully she let us check in 1 hour early.
It was close to the Imperial palace and other places of interest.

Best choice for a Tokyo visit. Affordable, and great staff made this hotel a wonderful experience. The location is great- just a 10 minute walk to the train station and metro. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Amazing location right next to the Ichigaya station, so getting around Tokyo is very easy. Around the hotel are a bunch of good spots to eat, and you can do some fishing nearby! The owner is incredible, who gave us a full rundown of the surrounding area and was always interested in what we were up to. The roof terrace is a nice place to have a drink at sunset.
The bathroom was too small for me. I'm a tall guy and i couldn't stand up straight in the shower 😅
Shin san and Uni san were phenomenal. Shin san welcomed my friend in with warm open arms and showed us around the place giving us a through tour. He was very kind and set the tone for what kind of place we’ll be staying at. I’m happy and confident to say that all the positive reviews about this place are in fact true. The location is very close to Ichigaya station and is close to a lot of nice restaurants. There’s a ramen restaurant that had amazing food close by. The beds were also very clean and comfortable which is very important. The rooms were also pretty spacious considering my friend and I had 2 separate beds
My only real complaints are very minor and small, which are honestly nothing major at all. The water temperature seems to be very sensitive so the hot water gets really really HOT, so just be careful when adjusting the sink temperature or when showering.
Other small things are the toilets not having bidets, which again are pretty minor and small but again, if you are someone who prefers bidets, this could be a small inconvenience.
The final thing is, the small hill that a lot of people have mentioned can be tiring to walk up especially after an intense day of travelling around tokyo, especially when carrying luggage, otherwise without any heavy bags or anything, isn’t too bad.
Very friendly and made us feel right at home. Readily offered travel advice and were easy to contact should we need anything. Rooftop view was beautiful.
Tiene muchos aspectos positivos. Yuni es un amor y hace de tu estadia un viaje inolvidable. La ubicación es tranquila y muy bien conectada con varias lineas de metro. Variedad de comida alrededor.
No es del hostal pero tiene una pequeña subida la calle que luego de caminar todo el dia es un poco agotador.
