Las vistas y el spa, aunque las habitaciones también hay que señalar que son muy acogedoras y cómodas, y todo muy limpio.
Todo perfecto en general
We had an amazing stay from start to finish during our six-night vacation. Everything was simply perfect.
The welcome was warm, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The bathroom was also large and very pleasant.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent, especially the pool, spa, and jacuzzi area, which made our stay even more relaxing. The restaurant was great, and the breakfast was delicious. While the selection remained mostly the same each morning, there was a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from, so we always found something we enjoyed.
A special thank you to the young man working at breakfast every morning. He was always smiling, welcoming, and happy to prepare fresh omelettes for guests, which made each morning even more enjoyable.
We spent six wonderful nights here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel.
There is honestly very little to criticize about this hotel. The only minor downside is the road leading to the property, which has a lot of twists and turns. However, this is something you can easily see in advance by checking the hotel’s location on Google Maps, so it wasn’t really a surprise.
Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and found everything to be excellent.

La limpieza de todo el hotel, muy limpio en general y la habitación estupenda. Luminoso.
El desayuno reducido, pero suficiente.
Las personas que nos atendieron a la llegada y a la salida estupendas, agradables y con muy buena actitud.
Cerca del hotel una rutita para ir andando estupenda, preciosa, con fuentes naturales.
Le falta piscina exterior.
El jacuzzi y la piscina cubierta bien.
En el comedor revisaría el aire acondicionado porque cuando estuvimos por la tarde hacía mucho calor.

The hotel was really quaint with Beatrix views from the terrace and our balconies. The rooms were spotless and the staff were really friendly and willing to help. I decibel will go again when it's a bit cooler as there is so much to discover.
The location wasn't quite what I was expecting, but if you want a place to relax, this is definitely it.
We also spoke to the staff about the disabled parking, there is only one and if there are other cars parked next to it then the car won't fit in the disabled bay because there is a high step dieci in front of it. The staff were very understanding and it got them thinking.
The hotel decor and cleanliness. The access to good wifi. Television channel access. The staff were friendly.
The view of the mountains as we live by the ocean.
Although sufficient the breakfast was sparse. Limited or no fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, juices, fresh milk

Todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial
La ubicación, es una locura llegar hasta el hotel, 16 kms de carretera interminable, con curvas de 180° que cuando llegas al hotel tienes el cuerpo malo.
El personal de recepción,maeiajesus muy amable
Un único punto positivo, pero destacable: el área de spa era de uso gratuito para los huéspedes. Una oferta que se agradece y que, en muchos hoteles, supone un coste adicional considerable.
Habitación y equipamiento: No hay toalleros – ¿dónde se supone que hay que colgar las toallas? Tampoco hay ganchos para la ropa. El aire acondicionado sopla directamente sobre la cama sin posibilidad de redirigirlo. Los enchufes están prácticamente todos ocupados, por lo que no es posible cargar el móvil, el portátil y la cámara al mismo tiempo. La cama doble consiste en dos colchones separados que no dejan de deslizarse – imposible descansar bien así.
Descanso nocturno – inexistente: La ducha se pone en marcha sola por la noche y genera un ruido considerable. El ascensor es tan ruidoso que se escucha claramente a través de la puerta cerrada e interrumpe el sueño repetidamente. Las ventanas no tienen mosquitera – o te comes los insectos con la ventana abierta, o aguantas el aire acondicionado en la cara con la ventana cerrada.
Higiene: El lavabo está lleno de cal y evidentemente no ha sido limpiado. El estado del cepillo del váter es tan lamentable que prefiero no entrar en detalles – restos de papel y otras cosas. Inaceptable.
Nevera: Hay nevera en la habitación – suena bien, pero no enfría. La misma temperatura dentro que fuera. ¿Para qué sirve entonces?
Desayuno/bebidas: El café solo está disponible en máquina automática, con leche azucarada que no se puede desactivar – para muchos, directamente imbebible. Las variedades de té son de la calidad más básica posible. Si tomas té, mejor trae el tuyo propio.
Todo super bien, súper limpio la comida ms buena no pudo estar volveree!!!
