L’emplacement, la sympathie et l’assistance du personnel

L’équipement très sommaire des chambres. Le rapport qualité prix très moyen mais c’est le meilleur hôtel de Kaolack.

Very comfortable if you don’t get a sewage room.
Pros:

It’s really difficult for me to rate this property well. I arrived with a dog and cat as it shows as accepting pets, my ac had broken and it was time critical to get my pets out of the car. It took about 20 minutes to get that cleared. Once I was allowed in, I was put in room 108, I awoke in the night and could barely breathe from sewage fumes. I was put in a different room at 3.30am but got very little sleep that night. I have to be fair, I was not charged for it. Once I had a good room we were comfortable and cool for our stay.

Cons:

Sewage smells are a known problem at this property and the issue is not being addressed. It wasn’t mildly unpleasant it was incredibly strong.

Rooms are very dated.

Schöne Lage, aber für das Gebotene zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage am Fluss war sehr schön und ruhig. Schöner Außenbereich.

Cons:

Exkremente der Vögel wurde nicht von Gartenmöbeln entfernt. Das Restaurant war lieblos gestaltet. Verbranntes Essen wurde nicht frisch gekocht, sondern nur die schwarzen Stücke entfernt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte nicht.

Nice hotel in a good location, I would stay there again
Pros:

The common areas of the hotel were lovely and well maintained. The view of the river is gorgeous. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The room was spacious & comfortable but dated. The mini fridge was broken and there was peeling paint on the bedroom wall. There was a conference at the hotel when we stayed there, and the breakfast buffet was completely wiped out by the conference participants by the time we arrived at 8:30 am. The staff was doing their best, but they needed more food to put out and more staff to manage everyone in the dining room.
