Beautiful location . High spec accomodation . Friendly staff
Excellent food and a comfortable bed.
Location, facilities ie pool, Spa, restaurants and parking facilities
Thought bedrooms were a bit small but clean and fresh
Breakfasts fab. Filled us up all day. Staff very friendly and surroundings pristine
Location / setting in a beautiful part of the country. The building is lovely with lots of character. Very clean, comfortable and staff were friendly. Spa was very good, evening meal was superb, plenty of options, good quality food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was fantastic, really good quality food!
Would highly recommend!
Could do with usb points in room.
This was a small cabin with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a holiday home development full of other cabins. We appreciated being able to do laundry while we were there but didn't get a chance to take advantage of the restaurant or bar. The kids enjoyed the pool the one night we were able to use it. It was very comfortable as a family to have the space and the full kitchen. I wish we had been able to stay there longer so we could have enjoyed more of what it had to offer and relax in the nice surroundings.
Sometimes the staff didn't seem to know all the details of what was offered, but the manager intervened with the right information and was helpful. For example, they didn't know about the laundry details/availability. The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms were an odd consistency, like they had been watered down. If we had stayed longer, we would have needed to buy our own. The bedding was too heavy for the warm weather (no AC) so some lighter blankets would have been nice.
On arrival, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help throughout our stay. The accomodation was spotless and had everything you needed to enjoy and have a comfortable stay. It is a great location.
There isn't anything we didn't like.
Immaculate
Nothing all perfect
We were surprised by the location of the hotel no mention was made that it was situated on a residential mobile home park whilst this was not a problem for us we found it strange that it hadn’t been mentioned in the initial description of the location, the food was very nice, varied and reasonably priced the staff are lovely and very helpful . The whole property appears spotlessly clean. Our room had outside space we found that very pleasant, comfortable and quiet. Convenient free parking.
We found the bed uncomfortable, the mattress and pillows were quite thin and soft. The mattress was on a wooden frame which had lethal supports at bottom which were difficult to avoid in the dark, contact was painful. unfortunately they were unable to supply alternative pillows. We were there in a heat wave and the hotel is not air-conditioned we were supplied with a fan.
N/A
The nook accommodation was very small and really only suitable for couple of days. We mentioned this to the manager and he offered us a larger lodge for the first 4 nights
It’s located in a beautiful area of the Yorkshire Dales
Nothing to report. All good.
The staff were amazing - could not have been more helpful.
The quality of the food served was also fantastic - thank you.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
No fridge in any of the rooms apparently.
No phone either - what happens in an emergency?
Our room had a very low beam / ceiling just above the main mirror in the room - we must have bumped our heads on it at least 10 times in 3 days. Please put some sort of warning there.
Spa could do with an outside area.
Booked a girly night away with my best friend with the aim of walking the Malham cove route. First time staying in a glamping pod & I absolutely loved it. Pod was perfect, clean, comfortable & in a sweet little wooded area where it felt very private. The location is stunning & my friend & I had a wonderful overnight stay. We had dinner & breakfast & food was exceptional. Staff friendly & welcoming. Love the onsite leisure facilities. We were actually gutted we had only booked to stay one night & we are already planning our next visit. Definitely would recommend.
Nothing.
The spa, sauna and steam room were included in our stay and food was really good!
stunning accommodation. Fabulous food. Good staff.
