Pod accommodation was first class as was the breakfast both for choice and quality
All excellent
How clean it was
Nothing
Lovely stay and a beautiful place
Slow service in woodland cafe
Friendly and functional and generally quiet apart from when burglar alarm went off in last night
Bed was abit too soft and lack of space in room and basic bathroom setup with no shelves and no step to get in and out of high bath and no draws in room apart from bedside cabinet. A lack of space generally for price of room and lack of furnishings no desk . No fridge . There was a kettle and tea facilities . The spa on site was lovely. There abit of a smell in hallway coming out of our room .
The room was lovely the staff were great . We ate in the restaurant which was also great
Not a lot.Room was adequate.
Location is in the midst of permanent caravan/chalet setting. For cost of around £500 for 3 nights BB it was poor value. No hand rails to get out of bath, shower being overhead. Water temperature was temperamental. No service of room, clean towels etc unless you asked for it, so for our 3 night stay we didn’t bother. Breakfast was poor. Small packets of cereals. No fruit. Cooked breakfast was copious and bacon and egg very good but didn’t cater for those preferring yoghurt, fruit muesli etc. Self serving coffee and tea with mugs placed rim down on counter. We ate for just one night in restaurant. I chose this place because it didn’t allow dogs in rooms. One had an image of an inn, perhaps in bygone days before it was surrounded by static homes. No comfort in which to enjoy “ traditional inn “ setting, everything so basic. There is a leisure complex next door with pool but didn’t use.Sorry this is a negative review. The accommodation may appeal to others but was wide of the mark for us.
Service on the evening was good and atmosphere was relaxed.
Our room was in serious need of an update, peeling paint and condensation. Clearly a wasp issue as swarms of them outside of window and three got into room. Wasn’t a spa, more like a pool for family swimming with a dated steam room and sauna.
Great location in the Yorkshire dales. Use of swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on site
Severe stomach ache for a week after one night stay (ate in on site restaurant), mentioned to staff on checking out.
The pod we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious.
The pub in the property was very expensive and it is more far than preferred to Skipton town.
The location was spectacular. Beautiful scenery and views of nature.
Our cabin was a bit shabby and run down. It was clean, just not very slightly.
Room was excellent - comfortable beds , nicely furnished and very clean. Breakfast also excellent and served quickly . A very good location for walking and exploring the area.
Nothing. All perfect.
Beautiful location
