Pros:

Very helpful staff, especially at the breakfast buffet. They took care of all we asked for. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms. Nicely located within walking distance to the town centre as well as the seaside.

Cons:

In my opinion, shared bathrooms and the hallway should be continuously ventilated. I could regularly smell other people's business on the hallway.

Geweldig genoten.
Pros:

De verblijfsruimte was gezellig en heerlijk huiselijk.
Het was een prima verblijft voor jong en oud. Onze oudste was 90 en die heeft het allemaal als zeer bijzonder ervaren.
Het ontbijt was overweldigend, uitgebreid en heerlijk. Ook de lunch was gemaakt met goede en smakelijke producten.

Good value for money in Longyearbyen
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. The living room is very comfortable. The location is a little removed from the center, but nothing in Longyearbyen is really far anyway, and this location usually means you'll be last to be picked up for activities, meaning you don't need to go around picking up other people.

Cons:

The room was comfortable, but very plain, and the shared bathroom is an inconvenience.
