Cozy stay
Pros:

Staff was extremely polite, helpful and courteous. Cleanliness was good. Although breakfast was not included in my package I paid and availed the service and food menu and taste was superb.

Cons:

Not a disability friendly hotel. You have to climb up stairs to reach reception again climb 4-5 steps to access lift.. very poorly designed entrance, so you have to carry/ pull your luggage manually to and fro. The corridor doesn’t have any sit out and the entire property looks little stuffed although decor and all is good

Value for money,room was decent size. Food was also good.

Cons:

Front office people should be more professional, while check out i was taking my luggage they didn't offer help. That's little unprofessional. It's not Europe we have plenty of man power so we expect here that type of services
