Cons:

Se proprio devo dire un difetto, era davvero freddo. Aria condiziona a palla 24/7. Quando uscivi dalla doccia diventavi un ghiacciolo:) Però la coperta era pesante quindi a dormire non hai problemi

Pros:

It's a great place, loved their collection of manga and books. The staff... What can I say, best helpful people I've found. I forgot some glasses and they took care to send them to kyoto. Next day I had them there. Can't thank them enough. I know a place I'll go back. It's in Shibuya but just one street away so that it's actually quiet in the room.

weird feet smell in the room, but maybe it came from another guest. a bit annoying to get to from Shibuya station, especially with luggage since the paths are uneven and luggage doesn't roll smoothly.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

Perfect location to shibuyu crossing. Walking distance to train. Restaurants but also tucked away and next to. 7-11😀 I also like they have a curtain for privacy while in your bed .
