Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Car parking is not included in your reservation. Parking must be booked online in advance via the hotel website and should be booked 24 hours prior to arrival. Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference center, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities are nearby, not onsite, and managed separately to the hotel where opening times vary daily. The Swimming Pool is therefore subject to availability and not guaranteed as part of your reservation. Only residents named on the hotel bedroom reservation will be permitted access to the hotel. Nonresident guests are not permitted to stay within guest accommodations without a valid reservation. Close enough to city centre with a 10mins walk however if you're a solo female traveller like myself then remain vigilant around the area and walk to and from the city centre.
I was supposedly upgraded to a city view room with miniatures included however i was failed to even have the basics in this so called upgraded room. Air-conditioning.... there was non. There was a fan. The mini hair shampoo and body wash was enough for anyone with short hair not someone stopping 2 nights with long hair. The room was extremely dusty. The city view was the roof of the restaurant located on the ground floor

No air conditioner
Todo estaba muy limpio y mi habitación era super cómoda con todo lo necesario.
The room was too small and felt so congested I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had no air conditioning and it was unbearably hot the entire night. Me and my partner had no sleep because the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected basic comfort at the very least. Definitely would not stay here again. The fan that was provided was so small and hardly had any air coming out of it.
Clean, new-ish interior
The only reason we bookes this hotel was to use the pool. Thw pool closed 5 mins after we arrived and was closed on the next day entirely.
We had 2 yoing kids you were sold on the pool use. There was NO pool times or notification the pool would be closed on the Monday or at 4:40 pm the day we arrived.
Took rhe shime off the holiday break.

Rooms very small and a bit dated. Windows dont open fully and carpets dirty.. car park for hotel was very hard to find
