Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Car parking is not included in your reservation. Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference center, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities are nearby, not onsite, and managed separately to the hotel where opening times vary daily. Good choice of breakfast menu which was good and the lunch provide was good. Different choces

Cons:

The shower in the room qas difficult to switch on and controlling the temperature was a bit of a task and made the bathroom area wet.

Pros:

The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a good-sized TV. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the kettle wasn’t very clean, so I had to wash it before using it.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also, when we arrived, the receptionist told us that breakfast was served until 10:00 am. However, when we went to the restaurant at 9:00 am, everything had already been packed away, and we were then informed that breakfast was only served until 9:00 am.

Bien situé, propre mais parfois du bruit lié aux claquements des portes de secours.

La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Le bruit des portes qui claquent régulièrement dans le couloir et même pendant la nuit. Il faudrait voir pour faire ralentir les claquements de portes car ça réveille brusquement. Ce qui est dommage car sinon l’hôtel est très bien : propre moderne et bien équipé.

Too isolated, reception staff helpful
Pros:

Steph on reception was very helpful

Cons:

Very noisy hotel, the fire doors to the floor and bedroom doors were heard slamming literally all night
Could hear other room showers & toilets flushing
Room was very hot, no way of cooling it down
Room didn’t feel super clean, especially bathroom
Hotel is the middle of nowhere, so very isolated
Pool is off site, a short walk away
