Upon arrival to the hotel, all reservations will require pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover any extras during your stay. All incidentals should be settled prior to departure. Car parking is not included in your reservation. Parking must be booked online in advance via the hotel website and should be booked 24 hours prior to arrival. Conference Aston operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel and conference center, including the central courtyard area. If guests wish to smoke, there is a designated smoking area which is available outside the main reception. Please be advised that guests who do smoke in the bedrooms will be charged GBP 50.00 to cover specialist room cleaning. The Gym and Swimming Pool facilities are nearby, not onsite, and managed separately to the hotel where opening times vary daily. The Swimming Pool is therefore subject to availability and not guaranteed as part of your reservation. Only residents named on the hotel bedroom reservation will be permitted access to the hotel. Nonresident guests are not permitted to stay within guest accommodations without a valid reservation. The hotel operates a code of conduct for all guests staying at the venue in any capacity and is available online or by contacting the hotel in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Clean and right next to the venue for my conference room was clean and tidy.
Not very clear from the front that it is a hotel other signs which suggest it is a university department.
Parking is tricky and no parking on site.

Lovely hotel in Aston University area,friendly and welcoming reception staff with a big thank you for Mrs Steph, clean room with nice double bed,hot powerful shower,comfy armchair . Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Birmingham!

Good location and good breakfast
Far too hot, even outside of a heat wave. The portable air con units that were offered and put in the corridors couldn’t keep up resulting in difficult sleep. I also felt for the price, the room quality wasn’t that great.

L'esmorzar té diferent horari els caps de setmana i entre setmana. No ens ho van comunicar a l'entrada i un dia ens vam quedar sense esmorzar i no van voler animar-nos la menjada ni van fer cap gest d'anar a buscar res a la cuina
Room was tiny and not as expected......felt like student digs.
Property was great, no frills but comfortable and quality fit out. Raj on the front desk greeted me with a big smile and a welcoming energy that she kept up every time we crossed paths!
Access to the gym and pool was a nice touch too!
