В первый день заселения не было воды. В нашем семейном домике что в первом санузле, что во втором не работала сауна, с момента заселения, вплоть до выезда. Помимо этого, в домике покрытие террасы настолько плохо отработана что, при ходьбе кусок дерева вошла в ногу. При отеле не было мед пункта, даже элементарных лекарств для оказания первой помощи. Девушка на ресепшене разговаривала на отвали. И кое как вызвали скорую. По итогу никаких элементарных извинений со стороны персонала. Цена почти 700$ за сутки никак не соответствует с теми условиями при которых мы жили.

Останавливались семьей на одну ночь в двухместном домике. Очень приятный персонал, прекрасное место, дом отлично оборудован.
При бронировании оставила комментарий с просьбой застелить диван для ребенка - все было выполнено.
Завтрак полноценный, ребята работающие в ресторане - приветливые, обслуживание - быстрое. Мы обязательно вернемся осенью и зимой, полюбоваться на горы и провести время в этом замечательном месте.
