The location

Cons:

We didn't sleep there we had to find a new hotel as it was awful. Hole in the bathroom ceiling which had been stuffed with a dirty sock. Room was tiny, bedding dirty and no toiletries.

Only the bed

Cons:

The floor boards were shaking/ casing noise when you walk also the carpet on the floor it and Hazard even the staircase carpet are off , shower cotton is not clean, I don't even sleep in the room I have to leave at 21:15pm

Pros:

Clean, warm, linen spotless , towel, shower gel provided, plenty choice of milk , tea and coffee . Would quite happily stay again.

Pros:

Very good location, and reasonable price. Staff were available by phone and were helpful.

Cons:

Cleaning was not thorough; the toilet flush, around the toilet, and the kettle hadn't been cleaned properly, the bed linen had an unpleasant odour and the room had a musty smell.
