Piccolo hotel a pochi passi dal centro e dalla laguna. Comodo il parcheggio disponibile per i clienti. Buoni i servizi comuni quali la piccola piscina e le aree per consumare la propria colazione. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Falta de seguridad e indiferencia total tras un robo en la habitación
Cons:

Mi estancia en este hotel quedó marcada por un hecho extremadamente grave. Durante mi estancia, entraron a mi habitación y me sustrajeron pertenencias personales de gran valor (joyas de oro) y tarjetas bancarias.
​Lo más alarmante fue que, tras el robo, se registró un intento de cobro presencial en un datáfono de la zona con una de las tarjetas robadas, lo que demuestra que los objetos salieron directamente de las instalaciones.
​A pesar de haber presentado la denuncia policial formal ante las autoridades, aportar las pruebas del intento de cobro y contactar con la dirección del hotel en repetidas ocasiones, la respuesta de la gerencia ha sido la absoluta indiferencia. No han asumido ninguna responsabilidad ni se han molestado en gestionar el incidente a través de su seguro de responsabilidad civil.
​El caso ya se encuentra denunciado y en manos de la PROFECO (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) y de la Fiscalía General del Estado de Quintana Roo. Recomiendo a cualquiera que piense alojarse aquí que tenga muchísima precaución, ya que la seguridad de las habitaciones y la atención al cliente ante un problema grave son inexistentes.

Spacious room, extremely clean!
Pros:

Favourite place we’ve stayed. Cannot recommend this hotel more, the room was cleaned every day with new towels and bed made. Completely exceeded our expectations. Room was very big and the TV was huge and great to watch movies on during the evening :) there was a beautiful doc opposite the hotel that we spent every day sunbathing at with the blue water.

Cons:

Can be quite noisy on a Friday / Saturday night. Dogs barking throughout night as well .

Perfect
Pros:

Our room was beautiful, air con was strong (which saved our lives in the August heat) and the staff was very helpful.

Location is great, around 10 minutes walk for the centre while the access to the lagoon is just right across the street.
