Very disappointing experience.
The air-conditioning was not positioned properly, so we barely felt any air and the room was not comfortable. The bedsheet and comforter were also yellowish and looked dirty, which made us uncomfortable staying there.
The price was also very expensive for what we received — RM500 for 2 nights for 4 people.
The booking process was another major issue. Before the stay, the booking details were not properly confirmed or explained to us. We were asked to proceed with payment without being clearly informed whether the booking was for 1 night or 2 nights. We only found out the next day when we were locked out of the room that we had actually booked only 1 night for RM250, from 6 PM until 12 PM. We then had to pay another RM250 to extend the stay.
Overall, the room condition, air-conditioning, cleanliness, price and especially the lack of clear communication regarding the booking made this a very unpleasant experience. The hotel should be much clearer about booking duration, check-in/check-out times and payment details before asking guests to make payment.

comfortable room for solo traveller , have basic equipments but the room is cozy enough , not bad. The location is right in the middle of bandar rawang so it's good for food bcs there's a lot of convenience store and restaurants nearby.
There's not really motorcycle parking nearby the hotel , and the room was quite small. If u just want to have a place to sleep u will be fine, there just not really much space to walk around since it's a single person room.

Aircond suck. Tv program suck.
Tv remote and aircond remote not working.
Requested table fan for support as aircond is 16 degree but warm like 24 degree.
Toilet door stuck and hard to open from inside toilet.
Water stays at floor . Not running smoothly.
There are plenty of restaurant around the hotel including Malay, Thai, Chinese, ayam gepuk
The hotel is below my expectations. I was given Room 103, but the TV could not be turned on, and the air conditioner was very dirty and had a bad smell. The pillows were also extremely soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. They looked very cheap and low quality.
I reported the TV issue to the staff at the reception counter, but I waited for almost 2 hours and no one came to check or fix it. They also did not offer to change my room.
Overall, the service and room condition were very disappointing and far below an acceptable hotel standard.
