Hotel correcto, con todo lo necesario, y con una pequeña piscina en la azotea, con bonitas vistas de Sapa y su valle.
La pena es que cada mañana, al salir del Hotel, teníamos la triste estampa de ver perros llorando y sufriendo encadenados y encerrados en jaulas diminutas, pero no eran del hotel, eran de los vecinos, pero no quiero perjudicar al hotel por esto, además es la tónica general en Sapa y el Norte de Vietnam. Ojalá, algún día entendamos que no tenemos derecho a aprovecharnos de los seres vivos solo por ser más inocentes e indefensos que nosotros.
En lo referente al Hotel, todo estuvo bien. Por la mañana nos ofrecieron dos tipos de desayuno, y los dos nos gustaron mucho, y a la hora elegida por nosotros, nos lo subían a la habitación por no disponer de comedor, y es todo un detalle, que se preocupen de que no salgas del alojamiento por la mañana sin tu desayuno, y muy bueno, por cierto.
Para llegar al alojamiento, tienes una gran cuesta, pero en Sapa , las cuestas son lo normal, y así se hace ejercicio y bajas las cenas, que se comen super bien en esta ciudad.

Camera grande e profumatissima, letto molto comodo e bagno spazioso. Il personale è venuto incontro alle mie esigenze dandomi la camera il prima possibile la mattina del mio arrivo

Colazione con solo 2 scelte, salita davvero ripida per andare verso il centro, soprattutto quando sei carica di bagagli, ma anche senza.
Molto bella la piscina con vista montagne ma ci sono solo 4 sgabelli per appoggiarsi, nessuna sdraio o lettino

V pokoji extrémní smrad zatuchliny a vlhko. Vlhko v takové míře, že jsme měly vlhké i oblečení i povlečení a peřiny. Znovu už bych se zde neubytovala, i přes nízkou cenu pokoje

Friendly, clean and good location but NO pool although shown in pictures.
Pros:

Location - easy to get around, close to St Joseph’s church square so good landmark to help with knowing where you are. Walk to train street and beer street - we also ‘grabbed’ motorbikes so cheap to get around. Comfortable bed and lots of space, safe and mini fridge. It was clean and serviced well. The breakfasts were amazing!! Like a full meal - lots of options buffet style. Tom greeted you and made you feel valued, and happy to help with anything.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because in the photos it looked like it had a pool - but it does not (so hot when you arrive - like a sauna). We asked where the pool was and they said that this group own many motels under the ‘Splendid’ name, and one of them has a pool - but not this one, but they were happy to walk with us and show us where it was and we could use it - but of course we didn’t. Too hot to walk far to have a swim. So I felt like a little cheated, and misled.
