Honestly the view was good, else toilet was clean food was good
one of the pillows had a stain on it so i used the other one thats all
We stayed at the 4th floor and the view is very nice. Plus the staff are friendly

Location - easy to get around, close to St Joseph’s church square so good landmark to help with knowing where you are. Walk to train street and beer street - we also ‘grabbed’ motorbikes so cheap to get around. Comfortable bed and lots of space, safe and mini fridge. It was clean and serviced well. The breakfasts were amazing!! Like a full meal - lots of options buffet style. Tom greeted you and made you feel valued, and happy to help with anything.
I booked this hotel because in the photos it looked like it had a pool - but it does not (so hot when you arrive - like a sauna). We asked where the pool was and they said that this group own many motels under the ‘Splendid’ name, and one of them has a pool - but not this one, but they were happy to walk with us and show us where it was and we could use it - but of course we didn’t. Too hot to walk far to have a swim. So I felt like a little cheated, and misled.
Accessible to all areas, Breakfast was great. Staffs are friendly and approachable. They are trustworthy. Our room is always claen.

Relax little pool for a warm day, we used it too, only a bit pity for people staying in the room around the pool. I did keep my voice down.
Without a taxi, walking up and down the street of the hotel can be a nightmare.
Location is good just walking distance in few major tourist spot and popular coffee shop and restaurant
Breakfast for 6 days of stay we always eat same thing every morning, then I request for something that doesn't require additional to change the wall plate I got refused

It had a roof top pool and fairly central location.
Hard for drivers to find the location. Needed better signage on main streets pointing to hotel. Breakfast started too late and due to tours missed out both days.

The property is good
Room was clean and spacious
Taxi couldn't drop us off as the road was too steep. No hot water until we complained. Very poor breakfast. room advertised as having mountain view only got a little bit of mountain if you lean out the window, view was actually looking at next building. Balcony 200mm wide No outdoor dining at all. At breakfast time could not walk outside to look at the view as too many people were at the pool area where the view was. hotel is not what it advertises. When we complained of no hot water they said they would give our money back as they had another family wanting to book the room.

La piscine sur le toit a une vue incroyable.
La chambre n’était pas vraiment propre : traces de moisi, traces d’insectes écrasés sur les murs, poussière…
La chambre était très humide, surtout après une douche.
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre, mais il n’y a pas de table pour manger le petit déjeuner en dehors d’un petit bureau.
