Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene area verdes excelentes

Cons:

No tienen telefono en el cuarto para necesidades básicas que se requerían en la habitación, pedimos una plancha y no tenian, aunque tiene una hermosas areas verdes y alberca pequeña.pero decente nunca dijeron que la tenían para utilizarla, y lo mas IMPORTANTE, estaba a 40 minutos de distancia de donde ustedes dicen que esta, lo cual en la noche y con una carretera en mal estado como estaba la que conecta Jonotla (lugar en donde estaba el hotel) a Cuetzalan (lugar en donde ustedes tienen publicado que esta el hotel) es peligrosisima, asi que les convino a no engañar de esa manera a sus clientes, muy mal y por eso les pongo 0, por engañar asi angustia clientes y por ponerlos en peligro.

Pros:

El desayuno continental fue bueno.

Cons:

Durante toda la estancia no tuvimos internet en absoluto. Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba lista. En la habitación había áreas deterioradas, sin el mantenimiento adecuado, algo no aceptable para ser un hotel boutique.

El hotel visualmente en fachada es hermoso y las áreas comunes son agradables, nadamás.

Cons:

La disque suite que reservé parecía cuarto de azotea, sucio, incómodo, polvoso, lleno de telarañas, viejo, apestoso, no hubo luz ni wifi todo el día y la noche, me llevaron velas a las 9:30 pm. Ya para qué? Y ni siquiera hay teléfono para avisar a recepción si algo va mal. La cobija vieja, todo viejo, llave sucia, agua de no sé qué, mejor una botellita por higiene. Ruido desde las 5:30 a.m. cuetes, cama dura, sábanas viejas. Nunca regresaré.

Superb
Pros:

Clean, well cared for, and wonderfully rustic. We enjoyed a peaceful stay with excellent service and close proximity to many places for walking exploration. If you want to be off the beaten path a little, and explore Mexican village life, you can’t go wrong here.

Not what I expected, Internet access was a priority for the kink of work I do.
