Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, wunderschöne (weitläufige) Anlage und fantastisches Frühstück sowie Abendessen.

Cons:

nichts - kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: beim Frühstück könnte der Kaffee-/Teeausschank besser gestaltet werden.

Ein exzellentes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr großzügig angelegt und verteilt sich über mehrere Ebenen entlang des Küstenhangs. Durch die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage hat man ausreichende Privatsphäre. Insgesamt gibt es drei große Pool, wovon einer beheizt ist. Die Außenbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und schaffen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Trotz nur 15 Minuten Fahrzeit zur Inselhauptstadt ist das Hotel recht abgelegen.

En general todo, el personal muy amable y atento las comidas de primera calidad. Verdad qie recomendado al 100x100

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero las piscinas de infinity los cristales que tienen vistas a tenerife un poco sucios se que puede ser una tontería, pero con lo bonito que es el sitio y todo el hotel, debwerian de tener un poco de cuidado con eso.
Pero nada quita para que sea uno de los mejores hoteles que me he quedado.

Colazione e design della struttura.
Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

La Spa chiude troppo presto e durante il nostro soggiorno per una giornata intera è stata chiusa.
Se viene proposta la pasta a cena deve essere servita espressa altrimenti si può evitare.
Al nostro arrivo entrambe le luci sopra al lavello erano fulminate x cui la zona era al buio.... un po di attenzione in più in un 4 stelle non guasterebbe.

Pros:

Everything: design, materials and distribution of spaces are excellent

Cons:

Maybe the connection to the closest town and beaches isn’t ideal but the isolated location is an advantage also for relaxing and disconnecting. Not having to deal with spring breakers.
