Pros:

El trato de los trabajadores es inmejorable.

La habitación era muy amplia y tenía todas las comodidades.

An exceptional hotel and one of the most unique places I have ever stayed in. Stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent facilities including a fantastic gym, beautiful pools, and a lovely walking path around the property. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The peaceful location offers a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Overall, a truly wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The only potential drawback is the location, as the hotel is a little away from the city center. Personally, I enjoy walking, so it suited me perfectly, but it may be less convenient for some guests. Due to its hillside setting, it can also be windier than areas closer to sea level. However, this did not affect the quality of my stay in any way. I absolutely loved this hotel and would happily return in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die durchdachte Anlage des Komplexes. Der freundliche Service. Die hervorragende kulinarische Versorgung. Die Aufmerksamkeit anlässlich eines Geburtstages. Der fantastische Anblick des Teidegipfels.

Cons:

Die Anlage liegt etwas weit außerhalb der Stadt in einer Zone, die gerade erst entwickelt wird.

buenos dias cabe descartar el atendimiento del seguridad que nos dio informacion sobre HOTEL que nos encanto y lo agradecido y tambien todo el hotel en si y que el parking sea gratis FENOMENAL

Cons:

SI Tengo que decir algo mal y tampoco es xq esta zona algo ventosa y se cortaba al wiffi
pero de restio es de 10 todo.

Un Hotel excelente. Muy recomedable
Pros:

Todas las instalaciones y el buffet tanto del desayuno como la cena.
Su compromiso con el cuidado del medio ambiente

Cons:

Deberían poner aparatos antimosquitos en las habitaciones.
El horario para la cena debería ampliarse hasta las 22,30 h. Estamos en España.

Gut das es auch außerhalb vom Zimmer Toiletten gab OHNE Milchglasscheiben!
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut.
Lage des Frühstücksraums auch.
Tolle Aussicht.
Tolle Auswahl.

Cons:

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das es wirklich Paare gibt denen es gefällt das Waschbecken, Dusche und WC fast mitten im Zimmer stehen und nur durch Milchglasscheiben abgetrennt wird.
Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen das es Paare (außer vielleicht perverse) gibt denen es gefällt den Partner nur durch eine Milchglasscheibe auf dem Klo zu sehen, zu hören und auch zu riechen.
Wer das bei einem so außergewöhnlichen Hotel geplant hat kann nicht richtig im Kopf ticken...

Une belle structure aux prestations de qualité
Pros:

Le complexe fait des efforts écologiques (panneaux photovoltaique, récupération des eaux, intégration du complexe à l'abri du vent, vegetalisation du site harmonieuse)
Chambre spacieuse
Personnel souriant, accueillant et à l'écoute.
Belle terrasse et jolie vue
Petit-déjeuner de qualité

Cons:

Pas de séparation entre les 2 vasques et la partie nuit.Quel est l'intérêt d'avoir depuis le lit la vue sur les lavabos ?
Même si bien végetalisé, le complexe est très grand..
Pas d'animation ni de bars ni de restaurants à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel. Et la ville (St Sébastien de la Gomera) située à 4 km n'a pas grand chose à offrir : ni belle ni typique ni animée, pas de bars sympathiques ni de restaurants avec terrasses.
