Good. The property is near Muzhappilangad beach, which is Asia's longest drive-in beach.
Pros:

Very good location. Good restaurant. The breakfast was good. The staff is cooperative.

Cons:

They missed small things. E.g. we didn't have cups in the room. There was only one glass for 2 people. No hand towels provided.

The Restauarant was a huge disappointment. When that happens your entire stay is effected.
Pros:

The rooms were spa loud and room service really good

Cons:

The beer and wine Restauarant. They delivered my dinner at 10:55 and the waiter was on my case to leave by 11:00. Pathetic for a service industry! Replacement the work force as well as the restaurant manager
