Pros:

It's so clean and the staff is kind. We made happy memories here for 4 nights and 5 days. We had a good time thanks to the kind staff and we are planning to visit again. The swimming pool is clean and nice

Soggiorno a Da Nang
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato il comfort della camera, spaziosa e con un delizioso balconcino vista mare. Colazione varia ed abbondante allestita in un salone molto ampio e gestita direttamente dallo chef executive Thanh Tran che ogni mattina accoglieva gli ospiti con un sorriso proponendo le specialità locali. Un sentito grazie anche a tutto il resto dello staff sempre gentile e professionale. Ristorazione eccellente, abbiamo cenato un paio di volte all'interno dell'hotel ed è sempre stato tutto delizioso, sia carne che pasta. Un pensiero anche al servizio lavanderia, i panni consegnati ci sono stati restituiti perfettamente lavati, piegati ed inbustati con grandissima cura. Ottimo wifi. Pienamente soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Pros:

Awaken hotel is an amazing stay right next to the beach. Everything was clean, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool was perfect. Thank you to Mila and the rest of the crew for being so accommodating to us during our stay. We will definitely stay again next time!

I would recommend Awaken to my friends and family
Pros:

The location is great (away from My Khe beach crowd). Perfect ocean front view and the city view from our room. ALL the staffs are very friendly, polite, hardworking and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of dishes. We booked transportation services and Henry driver was very helpful and attentive. Henry got the wheelchair from the hotel for my mom to use at Ba Na hill. That made her day! My mom wouldn’t make it to Ba Na Hill without the wheelchair. Also, my bro in law got his surprise birthday cake delivered to his room on his birthday. What a nice gesture :)

It would be nice if the air conditioning is cooler

Goed ontvangen. Leuk personeel. Ontbijt goed. Elke dag veranderd gerecht Vriendelijk chef Groeten aan iedereen en vertellen gerecht van de dag. 👍

Cons:

Voor wij aankomen de kamer te warm. Niet voldoende koel kamer al je binnenkomen. Deur van douchen kan niet dicht spatten water op de vloer en gladheid op de vloer in het douche.
