It was ok but just the customer service really let things down

The pool and facilities.

Cons:

The customer service wasn’t great and also the buffet breakfast.

As I was checking out they tried to over charge me with stealing a mug and some towels that had make up on them that said they couldn’t clean. Which was false

Beach front stay!
Pros:

High rise hotel on the beach front. Great views comfortable room and nice breakfast. The infinity pool was lovely.

Screaming children and noisy restaurant by the beach
Pros:

The food was good, the view from the rooftop, our driver who took us to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An, and Mila Guest Services

Cons:

The hotel is poorly designed: awful acoustics in the 3rd floor restaurant- it was so loud and uncomfortable that we didn't want to spend any time there.

Unattractive and sterile hallways leading to the room.

It is summer holidays in Vietnam, so the hotel was packed with loud children and families. The pool was not enjoyable due to screaming children, adults splashing water (and wearing underwear instead of swimsuits).

The free transfer from the airport to the hotel was a scam, and the driver pretended he didn't know which hotel we were staying at, despite having all these details. He also tried to charge us when we arrived at the hotel. We acknowledge this is not the hotel's fault, and I have reported it to Booking.com

For an alleged five star hotel, the TV selection in the room is minimal- it was a smart TV, but the steaming options were unavailable.

Pros:

The sunrise and Seaview. Good for people who like access to the beach. The family room is perfect for our family with 2 teens.

Cons:

Housekeeping is little lacking, they threw away our toothbrushes and toothpaste that we still intend to use, and forgot to refill our water for a day. Soundproofing also needs improving, we can hear our neighbours dragging the chairs.
