Nu prea fericit.
Pros:

Pozitia pe Calea Floaresca si parcarea in fata clădiri.

Cons:

1.Presiune apă extrem de scăzută la duș.
2.Etajul 3 fără lift,când ai bagaje, să urci 3 etaje pe o scară foarte îngustă este extrem de incomod.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.
Pros:

Άψογη τοποθεσία κοντά σε εκτλεκτά μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το κατάλλυμα ήταν άψογο σε χώρους, καθαριότητα και ποιότητα υλικών (στρώμα, σεντόνια, μπάνιο)

Cons:

Ίσως ένα ασανσέρ θα βοηθούσε αλλά είναι δύσκολο να κατασκευαστεί εκεί.

Parkování u domu.

Cons:

Problémové otvírání domu a pokoje.Ubytovani v 5 patře bez výtahu. Taháte kabely do 5patra na 1,5m šířka schodiště .Voda ve sprše tekla malinkým proudem. Myslím,že toto ubytování již nikdy nevyužiji. Info varná konvice která na pokoji nebyla
.Ve sprchovém koutě si nemáte kam odložit hygienické pomůcky. Pokoj neodpovídal našemu výběru foto,nabídka,cena Booking.

Нету средств гигиены, к примеру, шампуня , но это база !!! Утюга тоже нету. 4. Слабый интернет! 5. Невозможно закрыть душевую кабину, из-за этого вода снаружи. 6. Шумно. Номер совершенно не стоит 85 евро!!!!

Odalar gayet genişti temizlik konusunda bir problem yoktu. yatak rahat odadaki tv beklentinin üzerindeydi.

Cons:

Bir otel değil kiraya verilen odalardan oluşan bir yapı. Fiziki olarak görebildiğiniz herhangi bir personel yok. Tamamen her şey self servis. Özellikle bavulunuz var ise ASANSÖR OLMADIĞINI bizim gibi gittiğinizde öğrenirseniz büyük bir şok yaşayabilirsiniz. Daracık merdivenlerden 4-5 kat bavul taşıyıp indirmek durumunda kalabilirsiniz. Merdivenlerin darlığı öylesine yazılan bir sey değil. Bavulunuzu kucaklamanız gerekiyor.

Buena calidad precio, problema falta de ascensor
Pros:

El hotel está nuevo y las habitaciones son agradables. La ubicación era conveniente porque se visitaba a un familiar.

Cons:

Las habitaciones del hotel están en un tercer y cuarto piso sin ascensor en una escalera relativamente estrecha pese a ser un edificio nuevo. Es incómodo si vas con maletas grandes.
