The rooms were ok. The breakfast was very good and there was a good variety of food and drink on offer. As a pescaterian, there was not a great variety of food on offer in the bar at night.
For the first time, we were told that bottled water in our room was chargeable after the first day - this must be a sign of financial pressures the company is under. This and the bar meal situation were the only issues during our stay.
Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was good with great choices. Bonus was that we were able to prebook car parking.N/A

Good location
Everything, generally a very pleasant stay.
We chose the location for the London marathon and it was perfect. Also not too far from Greenwich attractions and very close to a rail station. It had a great casual bar/dining area.
Nothing really - maybe just the menu choice was not as extensive as it could be
Loved the cleanliness ans staff were very friendly and capable
The breakfast was very basic and English breakfast was bland and had no other meat options apart from pork.
There were only cold sandwiches and pizza for late room service.
Hilton pillows are always very comfortable and room temperature was perfect
