Stayed three nights in a Deluxe room on the 8th floor. The room was of an adequate size, comfortable, good shower, excellent air con, a decent large king bed and very quiet
Breakfast buffet was varied and both hot and cold selections were of good quality - pleased that on weekends breakfast is served until 11
Lovely staff and efficient housekeeping service were also positives
With Deptford Bridge station (DLR line) just a five minute walk, I can heartily recommend this affordable hotel and would definitely stay again
Zero stars. I booked and paid for a 4 night stay as my sister and I were picking up her wedding dress in London. The designer reached out 4 days prior to say the dress wouldn't be ready. I called the hotel everyday for 4 days incurring hundreds of dollars charges to hold, wait and not speak to anyone to get a refund, credit, partial refund. Anything..... as we were now out hotel and airfare funds. I even sent an email and basically received a short, curt response that said it was "too bad, so sad" and they would not refund any amount nor provide us a credit for other stays. It didn't even matter that we were rewards members or going through an emotional rollercoaster with a wedding just weeks ago. They wouldn't do anything and just kept the entire funds for the reservation and likely still rented the room. Totally inflexible and I would not recommend. Not an empathetic person in the place!
