Very clean, comfortable bed and stylish.
Only the receptionist was friendly. The staff in the bar were not pleased I asked for a cup of tea at 10pm, and showed their displeasure with silence and a huffy look. Made me a tea but were silent on delivery. I would have rather have been told that they did not serve tea at that time if it was an issue.
Our room was located right next to the reception desk and was very noisy.
Room felt isolated from the rest of the hotel due to intermediate doors; didn't feel safe.

The hotel was beautiful, staff very friendly and a delicious warm cookie as a welcome. The bar area was stunning.
The bar area had a TV on which was too loud and clashing with the music that was playing. The bar area was also a tad too cold.
Clean, comfortable room.
Bathroom is a Wet Room, and the water ran across the whole floor (and nearly out of the room) when having a shower. Tricky then to stand at sink or toilet without slipping!
