Don’t stay here
Pros:

The beds where reasonably comfy, the night reception man was very helpful

Cons:

The rooms where very dirty, black sludge in sink, dirty towels provided, stained sheets, marks all over the walls

We had to pay cash and weren’t informed before hand, however they told us we could bank transfer so we did from an international bank. It took several days due to it being an international bank they messaged us every day, in the end we realised they had given us the wrong details. We tried again and again same problem they constantly messaged us. At one point the man said they were taking it from his wage so we had to go to a bank draw it out and put it into his account which we weren’t comfortable with, after 2 weeks of messaging back and forth the owner finally said I have an English account.

I don’t know wether cash is a way to avoid taxes or what, but this system urgently needs fixing because harassing guests on holiday due to a problem with your system is not acceptable

Pros:

Из плюсов: номер тихий, доступ 24/7, wifi достаточно быстрый, напор воды нормальный. В общем зале есть чайник, чашки, кулер с бутилированной водой.

Cons:

1. Расположение: очень далеко от пляжа, достопримечательностей, приличных ресторанов, придется каждый раз вызывать туктук или арендовать мото.
2. Оплата только наличкой.
3. Нет tv, фена, стола в номере, холодильника.
4. Нет уборки номеров, замены полотенец.
5. В 3х метрах от отеля строят другой отель, нарушая все нормы шума, строят 24/7 и это слышно. Скорее всего этот ремонт продлится до года и вы обязательно это услышите и громко.
6. Плохая шумоизоляция, слышно все что происходит в общем зале и на улице.
7. Нет завтрака.

Passable Unterkunft für wenig Tage
Pros:

Saubere Unterkunft für Leute, die mit wenig zufrieden sind. Es gibt einen Wasserspender.

Cons:

Betten extrem unbequem. Man spürt die Gitterstäbe in der Matratze durch. Kein Moskitonetz.

Tengo la espalda hecha polvo de la cama ubicación perfecta eso sí

La ubicación?

Cons:

Que el colchón era de muelles y sentías cada muelle en tu espalda, como si estuviéramos en los años 20 , aparte, solamente te dan un trapo de medida de la cama para poderte arropar un poco, el cuarto de baño, perdía agua por la pica y agua caliente ni de coña y presión tampoco para la ducha

Ubytovanie neurazí ani neulahodi, v pohode na prespatie
Pros:

Vybavenie dobre, mohli sme použiť práčku a oprať si oblečenie a taktiež sme mohli použiť chladničku na chodbe

Cons:

Ubytovanie je v centre mesta takze treba počítať s hlukom z ulice, aj v budove sa všetko ozýva dosť hlasno. Pláže sú trochu od ruky ale keďže sme mali tuk tuk nej

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location with friendly hospitality.

I liked the convenient location and the peaceful atmosphere and the balcony view. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the stay was comfortable. The catamaran experience was enjoyable and added a special touch to the visit.

There was nothing that I particularly disliked. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Pros:

Important to mention flexibility of the check in time.
Also the staff is super B.
It has a big and bright open space.
The room is ok, the shower has a hot water thanks to installed water heater.
The balcony facing a back yard with the view on the tenple; it's not loud at nights or during the day.
The room door isolation can be improved.

Hotel moderno in centro a Trincomalee
Pros:

Hotel moderno raggiungibile a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus. Comodo per visitare il centro di Trincomalee e Fort Fréderic, ma per le spiaggie consiglierei di alloggiare in altre zone. Camera spaziosa con bagno moderno. Terrazza in camera con vista.

Cons:

La stanza non era pulitissima, c'erano diversi capelli in giro e la saponetta usata probabilmente dall'ospite precedente.

TipTop - Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Hotel passte super zu unseren Vorstellungen. Ständig Personal da, dass sehr behilflich war. Man konnte Touren buchen. Wir durften kostenlos Waschmaschine nutzen und Wäsche aufhängen, Kühlschrank mit nutzen, es gab wider Erwarten WLAN.... Jeder Wunsch wurde unkompliziert erfüllt. Herrliche Aussicht. Zimmer nach hinten raus, daher ruhig. Alles gut erreichbar. TipTop.
