We had a very bad experience with the host, Jessica. She is unprofessional and never kept her promises. She even threaten us to leave if don’t accept the new arrangement. We booked a TWIN bedded room at the ground floor in advance months ahead. We even messaged her separately to remind her and confirmed by her. One day before check-in, she messaged that we have been “upgraded” to room 6. 1st, room 6 is on the 2nd floor, one DOUBLE bed (that’s not what we booked). 2nd, no blackout curtains and facing afternoon sun. The room is so hot and bright early in morning as early as 5am. 3rd, the flushing system of the toilet is not working properly and water leaks 24/7. The sound of the water flowing inside the toilet is very annoying and disturbing our sleep. We noticed that the ground floor Twin bedded was occupied by 3 guests and checked in 2 days before us. It was obvious that Jessica didn’t keep her promise to reserve the room for us and pushed the blame to the booking platform for double booking. The excuse was not acceptable. We highly NOT recommend this guest house as she is not taken guests request seriously.

Very clean and spacious. Feels like home. All the guests also respect each other. The bed is really comfy!

房间非常干净、宽敞、明亮，床很舒服。马路对面就是公交车站，洗漱间很大，还有衣帽间。厨房非常实用，所有设备都齐全，环境幽雅，非常满意。我们住了三晚，再来温哥华还会选择住这里。 Jessica非常友善，如果有任何问题，她都会尽量帮你解决。

It‘s spacious to luxurious, ever so clean and lacks absolutely nothing. It is located in a very safe area which connects easily to the city Centre.

Didn’t realize it was just a room in a house. Didn’t get the code to get in til we got there and had to phone for it. Well appointed. Good bed. Bare minimum amenities (soap & toilet paper).iRobot in hall went off before 9am

Het was erg schoon en comfortabel. Wel een gebruiksaanwijzing: schoenen laten staan bij de voordeur en door het pand lopen met slofjes, die daar liggen.
De airco had bediening op de gang, dus voor alle gasten tegelijk. Om die reden was het vrij warm in de kamer, waar dat niet had gehoeven.
Really nice place, with lots of facilities and space! The location was good. It was quite far from the city centre, so it took a little while to get downtown (train + bus from the terminus station). Very comfy bed and great room. Great hosts!
Since it is run like a share house, it can get a bit noisy when people are coming or going. The walls and doors are also on the thin side, so can hear neighbours. Not a big deal, just gotta be ready for the possibility of that happening.
