La struttura è molto bella,con grandi spazi esterni,la piscina molto grande e pulita.

Bel soggiorno ma non lo consiglierei poiché sul sito Booking vi era scritto Hotel a 4 stelle ma in realtà è un villaggio

Mi è piaciuta la struttura per intera all’occhio è molto bella e preparata e inoltre il trenino che ci portava fino alla spiaggia.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la sala colazione gli ultimi due giorni poiché vi erano piatti e brocche sporchi e inoltre non avendo pensione completa ma bensì b&b con solo colazione non ci hanno spiegato che si poteva sedere ovunque ma ci dovevano assegnare un tavolo anche se abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare un ragazzo bravissimo, gentile e molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze.
La piscina bella ma andrebbe fatta più manutenzione, vi era della melma sul fondo.
Le camere non erano sporche ma andrebbero pulite meglio.
Frigo bar vuoto.
Pianerottolo della camera vicino allo stendi panni sporco andrebbe pulito.
L’accoglienza andrebbe migliorata e quantomeno andrebbe spiegata un po’ la struttura vista la grandezza anche se alla reception vi erano due ragazze molto gentili e disponibili.

La struttura è bella, pulita ed accogliente.

Cons:

Il wifi funzionava solo nella reception, l' aria condizionata era come non averla. La spiaggia non era inclusa e molto cara quella privata. Il ticket per il ristorante troppo caro (50 euro a persona a pasto🥺) Il paese abbastanza distante e scomodo da raggiungere...

Pros:

It was a lovely clean hotel. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. We were the only English speaking couple there and they were able to translate messages for us. Our rental car broke down and a lovely lady helped sort a replacement. There were 3 swimming pools and plenty of seating around it. Most holiday makers went to the beach in the morning leaving the pool quiet. There's a small train leaving the hotel taking you to the beach every half hour. There were a couple of cats and no cat mess anywhere. If so, it was cleaned very quickly. I was worried about previous reports of smelly mouldy rooms but we didn't experience any of this.

Cons:

The breakfast was mediocre. Not much selection of fresh fruit. There wasn't much facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have a kettle but it wasn't a big deal. The train was very busy for the first hour until about 9.30/10.

cast di animazione super ( mai visto così completo ampio e preparato) , cibo buono e mare stupendo!
10 giorni solo volati con un bimbo di 3 anni.

L’eau sentait mauvais
Le linge de bain et de lit également
Notre porte a été laisser ouverte 3 jours de suite après le passage en chambre
Nous n’avons pas reçu nos linges un jour, une réclamation a été fait directement à la réception puis directement au local des linges avec comme réponse « il faut vous adresser à la réception», merci pour cette réponse mais si on l’a déjà fais il s’agirait de faire la transmission entre vous et ce n’est pas compliquer de nous donner 2 linges.
Pour un 4 étoiles je ne suis pas de cette avis
Les animaux ne sont soit disant pas admis pourtant plusieurs chien était présent
Le sol était tous tachée à notre arrivée
La douche avait des problèmes
Le wifi ne marchait pas depuis la piscine ni depuis notre chambre.
Notre famille qui logeait également en même temps a dû rentrée d’urgence pour raison médical d’urgence et ils ont même pas fait un geste pour 1 nuit à déduire.

Je ne recommande pas

Quattro stelle estetico e non sostanziale.

A mio avviso pur essendo un'ottima struttura ho notato molte carenze tra le quali:
#Parcheggio auto buio e lontano dalle stanze e non c'è un sistema per il trasporto o aiuto per i bagagli; #La stanza a noi assegnata aveva un odore di muffa / umidità; # Il letto avendo una struttura quasi aderente al pavimento evidentemente non consente una pulizia adeguata, per cui il sottoletto è pieno di polvere e altro, ma per voi il problema è richiedere un pagamento giornaliero di 20 euro per pulizia extra per chi soggiorna con un pet; #Il bagno se pur caratteristico per l'uso dei materiali locali, è privo di supporti per asciugamani e rotoli, e la doccia, pur essendo di grandi dimensioni è priva di qualsiasi mensola per appoggiare shampoo o altro.
Abbiamo fatto colazione sabato e tutto ok, abbiamo avuto anche il cappuccino del bar in quanto la ragazza che ci serviva ha notato che avevamo un braccialetto bianco piuttosto che azzurro come invece avevano gli altri ospiti Ma domenica pur essendoci presentati in orario simile al giorno precedente, non abbiamo potuto richiedere alcun servizio in quanto non abbiamo visto alcun personale in sala. (mancavano persino i cucchiaini per girare lo zucchero nel caffè del distributore automatico.)
