В семейном номере не было стола, зачем- то дверь в ванную комнату стеклянная, мы это исправили с помощью скотча и мусорных пакетов. Окна на главную улицу, очень шумно. Хоть в номере и убирали каждый день, но все равно грязно, пролили воду на пол, я вытерла салфеткой, а она просто чёрная. Матрацы в пятнах, на потолке подтёки. При заезде была забита раковина, в холодильнике морозилка не закрывалась из- за толщи льда, но уборщик молодец, исправил все сразу после обращения. Вообщем все требует капитального ремонта. Так же у бассейна нет лежаков, очень маленькая территория, не комфортно.

When I came I found a lizard in my room, and after the receptionist finally agreed to change my room (initially he was persuading me that it is fine to sleep with a lizard running around), I found that my second room was full of bed bugs. They were crawling everywhere (on the bed, on the floor). The third room was finally animal and bug free.
We loved the position of Townhouse
The room we chose was very well appointed and super comfortable
Everything was excellent & we loved our stay
We just had a small hot water issue but overall excellent stay

good location. good price, pool was nice, location was reasonably quiet
my room (105) was right next to reception - so heavy traffic area so had to keep my curtains closed all the time.
the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained - i asked them to change it and they never apologised - they "changed" the sheets but i never saw them take the old dirty ones out - so i think they just put another sheet over the top of the dirty one. then i checked the clean one and it was also dirty but in the far corner away from me - so i just let that go.
the shower was pretty bad - needs a good clean - hot water was very patchy and ran out fast - maybe 4 mins
there was a cockroach in my shower - i squished it
the towels started to really smell bad after 1 use
the cups and glass provided was dirty - visibly - i washed them with shower gel and botted water myself
the WiFi was broken for the first 3 days i was there
you could hear the people upstairs dragging furniture around
there wasnt really any where to put your stuff - no table and just 1 chair
i have actually made x2 more bookings here for future trips but i wont be staying here again - i will cancel those

I’ve been staying at Su’s over 40 years. I love this end of Legian. A short walk to the beach, lots of things to d0, and a great base to travel around Bali from.
I love everything about it. The price is incredible!
Friendly and professional staff. Great room, clean and value for money.
There weren’t many good restaurants close by. A lot of the restaurants had sport on TV and they didn’t suit us.
The staff & location was amazing, the room & building has massive potential, the pool area & cafe was perfect
My room 309 had bird poo running down the wall & patch work done where a birds nest must have been, broken lamp glued back together, bathroom was dusty, left over toothpaste in the glass provided in bathroom, mould in shower & crockery was filthy
