Smaczne i roznorodne jedzenie, dostęp i lokalizacja do aquaparku, czystość i standard pokoju,

Pros:

Гарна зелена територія, доступ до великого аквапарку, діти були в захваті, до моря йти хвилин 10, але можна скористатися безкоштовним автобусом. Море було чисте, пляж широкий з пологим заходом, для дітей те, що треба. Їжа просто неймовірна, все смачно, великий вибір фруктів, морепродуктів та різних тістечок + бар на пляжі. Лежаки безкоштовні але починаючи з третього ряду.

Cons:

Були на авто, то парковка платна 10€на добу. Але це стосується всієї Албени а не тільки цього готелю.

Is really worst 4 stars hotel then I see in my life!!! The room is very dirty, no toiletries available,during my stay they don't change my linen and daily clean is just change the towels! Same food everyday and very bad, to much oil and condiments, if you don't go when is open after 30 minutes you can't find availability of food, people's makes cue to wait for food!!! No friendly food for kids!!! The drinks is served just in paper cups! The a la carte restaurant is closed i try to book at the reception but they said is close because don't have staff, also the spa is closed because don't have staff! At the aqua park you have included just the entry ticket nothing else!!! The kids activities in the evening is same everyday!! At the beach restaurant the food is very poor!! Also a worst thing is that you can't go with the drinks at the sunbed!!! I'm really disappointed about the customer service I try to speak about all the problems I have and they just said i don't have staff or i don't no !! If you want a holiday stay faraway to this hotel !!!

Un sejur placut per total,un plus pt parcul acvatic
Pros:

Un sejur plăcut per total!Parcul acvatic inclus ,piscina localului,personalul ok,curatenie,mancare suficienta,se completa mereu in general,noi am fost in iunie,nu stiu cum este in iulie-august .

Cons:

Prajiturile trebuie schimbate,nu au decat culoare,,e pacat de local.Camerele de la parter sa fie mai aerisite,persista miros nu tocmai ok,parcarea dintre copaci trebuie amenajata,restaurantul de pe plaja nu permite sa iesi cu nimic in afara lui,gen bere,suc,totul trebuie consumat doar acolo.Mai multa atentie din partea personalului pt modul cum repartizeaza camerele,am avut o neplăcere care pana la urma s-a rezolvat ,am stat foarte mult la check in cu copiii mici.Trebuie eliberata camera înainte de ora 12,orice trece de ora 12 se taxeaza in plus ,s-a rezolvat amiabil dar nu placut,pt 35 minute peste ora 12.Atentie,parcarea se plătește 10 euro pe zi,am fost anunțați inainte.Sa țineți cont de distanta pana la plaja,stiam ca e departe plaja,au autobuze dar depinzi de ele.

Pros:

Duży obiekt, w cenie wejście do Aquaparku na duży plus. W części Deluxe pokoje sprzątane codziennie, wymieniane ręczniki i uzupełniana lodówka w napoje. Do plaży 10-15 minut spacerem. Na plaży dużo leżaków.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie najsłabsze w pobycie to jedzenie. Śniadania codziennie to samo. Obiad i kolacja powtarzalne, wiadomo każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie ale bez szału. Menu totalnie niedostosowane pod dzieci. Bar przy basenie tylko lody i napoje. Bar na plaży czynny tylko do 16.30 i tam również napoje, lody i bardzo słabe menu lunchowe. Zero zatruć pokarmowych więc to ok, ale ultra all inclusive to na pewno nie było.

Pros:

Nu am ce sa spun ca mi-a plăcut. Nu sunt o persoana pretențioasă dar e JEG.

Cons:

Murdar, muște la masa, paharele de carton se spala puțin apoi se pun in uz. Mizerie, copiii s au imbolnavit. Am plecat cu o zi msi devreme.

Sejurul a fost un coșmar total, cu condiții insalubre care ne-au pus sănătatea în pericol.

Cons:

Experiența noastră a fost de neacceptat și profund insalubră. În restaurant, muștele erau peste tot, inclusiv pe mâncare. Cuptorul de microunde nu a fost curățat nici măcar o dată pe durata sejurului. Pânze de păianjen și păianjeni în prăjitorul de pâine, mese murdare, podele lipicioase și un lift care nu a fost igienizat deloc. Totul transmitea neglijență totală.

Piscina era vizibil necurățată, praful prezent peste tot, iar mochetele de pe holuri erau într-o stare deplorabilă, pline de murdărie. În cameră am găsit urină și păr pe toaletă, deși ni s-a spus că fusese curățată. Am anunțat recepția, însă personalul de curățenie a venit abia după două ore și doar după două apeluri insistente. În cameră era păr pe jos, pe mobilier, în colțuri – absolut peste tot.

Personalul din restaurant părea preocupat doar să ia farfuriile cât mai repede de pe masă, fără să ofere un minim de atenție sau respect clienților.

Copiii s-au îmbolnăvit din cauza acestor condiții insalubre. Am plătit pentru o vacanță, dar am primit un mediu care ne-a pus sănătatea în pericol. A fost un coșmar de la început până la sfârșit. Nu recomand nimănui acest hotel până când nu își rezolvă problemele grave de igienă și organizare.

The location was decent. The beach was well organised with sunbeds.

Cons:

The food was average and not particularly good. The rooms were small and the cleanliness was below expectations; when we arrived, rainwater was leaking through the building and even into one area of our room. On one day, our towels were taken away and we did not receive any replacements. The sauna cost extra, and although there was a gym, it had almost no equipment and no staff present. There was usually only one person at reception, and when I contacted them, I was repeatedly told they were busy assisting other guests.
