Clean and comfortable, incredible value.
Pros:

Clean and with ample room. The beds comfortable and the room quiet with functioning air-conditioner. Everything was better than I had hoped for its proximity to the airport and for the comfort in the room. Exceeded my expectations by far.

Cons:

Water was apparently hot and hotter without good pressure

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice flow.

Cons:

It was a short stay but they downgraded our room and still were charged for the room I selected. And the curtain didn't close on the one side well so the light coming through the window woke us up.

It was an ok! Stay. Not thrilled with the experience but not super disappointed.
Pros:

The property was large and clean. The rooms were small but cozy.

Cons:

I have a tall family, the bathroom ceiling was very low and the shower head was extremely short. For anyone over 5’ the shower will be well below their head and shoulders. I didn’t like that a breakfast wasn’t offered like other chains. You can sit down and eat but at a cost.

Too Noisy

The staff were lovely, the room was clean.

Cons:

I needed a good sleep due to being ill and having a very early flight. Unfortunately at 11pm, a bunch of teenagers started yelling, laughing and running up and down the halls. There was no markings for front desk on the telephone, so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to complain. This did not get resolved until 1am when they had to call in security to get them to stop. I had to be up at 3:30 am to be ready to leave for our trip to the USA. It was unfortunate and we were tired and disappointed. A couple of suggestions for additional improvements. For someone with limited mobility wh wants a bath, it would be helpful to provide soap at the bathtub level as it is too high to reach. Also please clearly mark Front Desk on the room phone.
