A nice hotel in a great location. (Only a check-in error stopped the hotel getting a 9/10.)
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and an easy walk into town. It is also well placed for access into Southampton for those cruising.

Cons:

A slight error with the room, which the manager rectified efficiently.

Staff was great, large parking, good showers.

Staff was amazing, especially Luigi. Hotel was clean and comfy.

We could hear a bit too much the people from the bedroom next to ours. And I guess they could hear us too.

Great stay, good location and nice food.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Good car park and good location. Staff friendly. Had a kids area which is a bonus.

Cons:

Our room smelt a bit musty/damp but we could open the window which helped.
