Good breakfast - offered at a cost of £12 at check in. Would've cost me over £16 had I included breakfast when I actually booked the room! I feel this is unfair pricing.
Cot not set up as requested for my arrival - had to go down to reception and ask for one to be brought to my room in order to settle a very tired baby.
Struggled to bring in my belongings from my car, check in at the desk, and take luggage etc up and down the lifts whilst carrying a baby at the same time. No assistance offered.
Unable to hinge room door open in order to bring luggage into the room....again very difficult to do whilst carrying a baby - I understand fire safety regulations, but the door should have a catch to allow it to stay open and not hinder you when going in and out with bags.
No separate shower - shower over the bath and difficult to get into and out of the small bath. Bathroom very small.
Overpriced - by the time I paid for breakfast and parking it cost me about £164 for x1 night - I, at least, would expect a better bathroom for that price, a mini bar and a complimentary bottle of water.
The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable
Most stand out thing was the receptionist Luigi, amazing attitude, polite and went out of his way to find us a taxi even though it took him 20 mins to find us one. Love people like this

The Staff were exceptional. I actually downgraded my kingsize room to a double room which was quiet and a better outlook
location wise - there is no nearby shop or bus route - the closest amenities are in Eastligh so you do need to factor in cab fares

Staff were accommodating
No fridge in the bedrooms. Food was overpriced to subsidise children's meals. Tasty but my salad was mostly oldish looking salad leaves.
