clean and comfortable
Very busy. Lots of families as pepper pig not far away
Cleanliness and staff
It was very noisy, both road noise through the windows which didn't seem to cut much of it out and the fact that you cannot close the doors quietly as the handles do not move , so everyone has to slam it shut to leave the room, which unfortunately started at about ten past five on a Sunday morning.
Staff were very welcoming in reception and dining room, hotel and rooms very clean
Bedroom was very hot as couldn’t leave window open because of road, but hopefully if needed a fan they would provide
The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in any of the hotels that we have stayed in

I didn't like when you had a meal in dining room u had to pay vat,and service charge on to your bill which to us was an extra £10,00 and we didn't no about it not very good
Fantastic hotel and facilities, we absolutely loved the hotel we came to celebrate our little boys birthday and he had the best time we used the hotel to go Paulton's Park, the bed was so comfortable the best we have slept in a hotel, good shower and storage, good air con and tv, evening meals were good and great deal if you buy a main adult meal you get free kids meal, very family friendly which we loved, excellent pool and gym facility highly recommend
the rooms were not sound proofed but it didn't affect our stay too much, charge for parking but grateful to have it and it was easy to find a space each day
Pleasant setting, good variety of food, very pleasant and helpful restaurant staff.
We had a late arrival (from Portsmouth ferry terminal). The night-time receptionist was a little brusque.

Room comfortable, convenient location.
Poor shower. Food indifferent and a 10% service charge added to the bill came as a suprise. Gym and pool too crowded to use. Paying extra for car parking was not welcome.
Great for a family holiday with kids, there is a play area for children.
Nothing to dislike but we had stayed there a few years ago and dining there used to be better.
