Great place with great food
Pros:

Great food, nice people, amazing service, and the place is beautiful. Loved riding the golf cart in Montaza to visit other places there and seeing all the historical places. Having fruit and snacks to welcome us the first day when we arrived.

Cons:

One of the doors of the rooms we had was difficult to close everytime, room 407.

مقبولة لكن الكثير يحتاج الى تحسين

الموقع رائع والبحر والشاطي كذلك
الافطار في مستوى التوقعات
طاقم العمل على الشاطئ وفي المطعم ( على الشاطئ و المطعم فقط )

Cons:

باعتباري نزيل دائم في فندق فلسطين منذ الطفوله ارى ان اكثر ما يعيب هذا الفندق ومنذ سنين ولم يتم حله بعد هو مستوى المعظم من طاقم العمل , فلا اهتمام بالنزيل ولا استجابه لطلباته وخصوصا فيما يخص موظفو الريسيبشن , ولا يوجد اي تقدم يذكر خلال السنوات الثلاث الاخيره , شباب صغير فاقد للخبرة ولكنه فاقد لشغف العمل ايضا ويضر بسمعه المكان , هذا الفندق يحتاج لخبرات اكبر لادارته وتسيير الاعمال فيه ,لكني لا ارى استجابه من شكاوى النزلاء , ومع وجود منافسين حاليا في نفس المكان ويحملون نفس العلامه التجاريه ريكسوس , سيفقد المكان سمعته قريبا وسيفقد زبائنه ..... اللهم أني بلغت .
