Decent for a few days but could do with modernisation
Pros:

Views from the rooms are brilliant. The heated pool is lovely. Beach is very nice too. Easy parking.

Cons:

Staff were quite rude at check in. Rooms & bathrooms are a little tired. Strong smell of cigarettes around the hotel too.

Beautiful sea views, excellent hospitality, outstanding service, and a very relaxing stay in Alexandria.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent and the location was outstanding. We stayed on the 6th floor with a very modern and beautiful sea-view room overlooking both the gardens and the sea. The sunset view from the afternoon until evening was absolutely amazing and made the whole stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

The restaurant and food quality were excellent and catered to all tastes. The staff were professional, responsive, and always available whenever we needed anything. The cleanliness level was very high, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall service was elegant and comfortable throughout the stay.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing major. The stay was very enjoyable overall.
