Overall, we had a pleasant stay with a great beach location, friendly staff, and delicious food.
Pros:

e really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has an excellent location in Montaza with a beautiful beach view and easy access to the seaside. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food was delicious with a great variety, especially the sushi prepared by Chef Ayman. We also appreciated the outstanding service from Safwat, who was very polite, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Cons:

The overall stay was enjoyable, but there is room for improvement. The room could have been cleaner upon arrival, and the bathroom needs better maintenance. We also found the service to be inconsistent at times, with longer wait times than expected for simple requests. Improving these areas would make the guest experience much better.
